Pretty bad honestly. I ordered the pretzel pizza and it came with a pound of salt all over the pizza. Was gross drove a bit far from my home to get it too. Very disappointed.

This location used to have friendly service, but has gone downhill in recent months.

Ordered 5 hot & ready pizzas on the app hours in advance for pickup for a school party. No options exist on the app to customize your order for classic pepperoni or cheese pizza. When I arrived to pick up my pizza and asked to have them double cut, the cashier stated “there’s an option to select on the app.” There actually isn’t, and I informed her of this. She just repeated herself, like it mattered? I’m here now, there’s no option on the app, can you just double cut the dang pizzas without the attitude? Rudeness, hot and ready here at this Little Caesar’s.

Almost a dozen times I’ve tried to walk in and get a pepperoni pizza but it’s always a 15+ minute wait no matter what time you go in there. Hot n ready doesn’t exist here.

This place has gone downhill. Used to be able to go in and walk right out with a single pepperoni. The past 2 times I've had to wait 30 min for a single pizza. Store manager even got on to the girl that felt bad for me and told her to prioritize online orders. Avoid coming here.

I've been to this store like 3 times in the past month and it's a bad experience everytime, first time with the hot n ready 3 meat from 4 to 8pm, go at 425 and they haven't made any yet, told it would be 20 plus minutes, I've never had to wait longer than 10 to 12 minutes. Second time was just for a hot n ready pepperoni, of course none ready told 20 plus minute wait, with no cars and Noone inside. Then today for a hot n ready cheese, told a 35 plus minute wait, they say they have alot of online orders and they take priority over in person customers. Why call it hot n ready all day but never have any hot n ready to sell, so over this place, whoever is new running this store is failing miserably.

Food came out quick and the service was great! Mel was super kind and helped us out a whole lot, going out of her way to make sure we were fully taken care of! Amazing customer service and great food!

I don't get it. I've been here on two different occasions and it always seemed like the staff was completely trying to ignore the front counter. I'm assuming they are short staffed, but I really have no idea, because they were completely ignoring everybody standing there. It was very weird.

I made eye contact with two, maybe three people behind the counter and nobody took my order. After talking for almost 10 minutes with the people who were already waiting on an order, a guy asked me if I was waiting on an order and I said no. He took my order and the pizza was a little more done than it should have been. The next day, my mother and I called all day because my daughter lost her shoe and I was thinking it might have called out when I opened the door. Over 7 calls from both of our phones, and neither of us ever got an answer. If I were trying to place an order and didn't have the app, I would've been out of luck.
