Food was good. Dragon fruit drink was watered down. The waitress had an visible attitude after we disclosed about our drinks.

The service was awful. The female bartender served other people before us and it was apparent that she favored people that looked like her. My husband and son sat waiting for the bread and silverware to be served. She served people that came in 15 mins after us before us. We had to ask for bread, she never took our order so we had to order from another person. Terrible service completely.

The Service could have been a little better, We went on a Saturday afternoon around 6:00pm. We completely understand that it’s a Saturday and it’s busy those days but it doesn’t justify how rude and inpatient our waitress was. He kept referring to us as bro instead of being professional and calling us sir or ma’am. He didn’t allow me time to tell till what I didn’t want on my burger before moving on to the next person in the table, When I went to tell him about it all he said was “ I heard you already” and snatched the menu out of my husband’s hand. It wasn’t until I mentioned that I will not be tipping him that he fixed his attitude and I sure did leave him a very nice tip to show how kindness goes along way.

I’ve eaten at Longhorn Mall of Georgia a number of times with my family. On January 11,2025 I ordered a LH Burger and it was so overcooked, super dry. Needless to say money wasted on a terrible meal and to the garbage.

Today we arrived before 5:00pm to a somewhat empty restaurant and we had to wait for a table for several minutes not knowing what was going on. So much stuff wandering around looking absolutely clueless. We were finally sat to our table and not one person came to help our table. Several waitresses were walking past us, the host walked passed us several and all the staff just ignored us. We felt so unbelievably unwelcome and the weirdest part was all the girls working there were just walking around with spray bottles looking useless and incredibly rude. We sat at the table longer and then decided to call a nearby restaurant to see if they could take our party of five. They said absolutely and we just got up and left longhorn and again not one person acknowledged us. Extremely weird experience and the employees looked like lost dogs
