We had this location (Mall of Ga) cater a baby shower for 30 people. From my first call until when the “server” left our home, I receive A++ service. They were the only Longhorns of 3 that I called who would deliver and set up. Jonny helped with placing the order and followed up with any of my question promptly. He also was able to find someone to serve our guests at the party.

Service was terrible. The waitress, Katie, brought my family's drinks but not mine. The food took a long time to arrive and the waitress had forgotten about my drink, which at this point we had to remind her of.
The food was bad. My food was cold, my daughter's food had a bad taste and she was unable to eat it. I asked for my food to be reheated, and when it came back out was still cold.
We asked for more soda and the waitress disappeared and forgot about it. She was nowhere to be found most of the time. It wasn't very full or busy for this kind of service.

Seating 7 only took about 15 min. My steak was over cooked, but it was still tender-ish. I was able to eat more of the 6ozs. The sweet potato was the best part of the meal. Our waitress didn't know what beer they had. She changed what I said for my steak. But she did keep our drinks full.

I’ve never had an issue with this location but last night was so bad I don’t think I’ll be returning. The service was poor, we were seated for 20+ minutes before we were even able to put in drink orders. We gave grace. When the food came out it was delicious, until I found a worm in my broccoli. I was disgusted and immediately felt sick. The manager came over and apologized stating “we didn’t see it this morning when we prepped”. Please beware when eating to check your veggies. Had I not been paying attention, I would have eaten it.

I am a legendary guest at one of the Longhorns and I am highly disappointed in this specific location’s quality of service. The servers here are absolutely horrific, terrible is an understatement. They take your drink orders and they don’t ever come back to check on you. I come to this location quite frequently and I’m always disappointed in the lack of service that I receive. Why are the servers so bad?? Any other Longhorn location You will receive great service. Can management please speak to their staff on how to be better? This is just ridiculous at this point.

Went there 11-20-2025. Waited for hostess. A female employee was at the bar area. After maybe 5 minutes of seeing us, she went in the back and came back with a cloth and started cleaning tables. I asked if there was a hostess that could seat us. She said she was the hostess and would seat us, but she kept cleaning tables. She was on her 3nd table 10 minutes later and we left.
