MY GOD!!! The restaurant stunk of musty locker room smell I believe coming from the carpet along with gnats flying around. initially, I thought it was just the area they sat us at so I asked to be moved and it was everywhere. We should have left right then, but we were really hungry, that was a mistake because we lost our appetite because of the odor and my steak was undercooked. We just packed everything up and left with the food and I cook the steak the rest of the way at home. I do like the Longhorn restaurant menu and we will continue going to the one in Johns Creek, which is much better experience.

On 8/6: The service was horrendous. My bf’s first experience here, the appetizer came out ice cold, 45 minutes later our food came out, his was completely wrong, an additional 45 minutes went by, I went to spoke with the manager who did nothing. When his food finally came out, he asked for a box and they didn’t even bring one and he ended up eating it there at 9:45. We couldn’t even get the check and had to walk up to the bar to pay. Absolutely terrible experience.

This place has delicious chicken tenders! I love this place and go here to celebrate things. The chicken tenders are big, juicy, and perfectly cooked with spicing. They have great chicken wraps, as we always get them when we come. I highly recommend going here if you want to celebrate something or if you are craving anything from chicken to steak! The waiters are fast and kind, it is never too packed with people, and the place is nice and clean. I love and will continue to go to this place!

I love Longhorn Steakhouse. We usually go to the one in John’s Creek, but this time we drove out to Buford. It was our birthday, so we ordered some firecracker shrimp and our favorite entrees. I had the Flo’s Filet and Lobster Tail, and my daughter had the Parmesan crusted chicken. The lobster tail tasted weird, but it wasn’t bad enough to complain. That filet mignon was so tender and delicious, and the Brussel sprouts were pretty good. The service left a little to be desired…we had to ask for bread after our food came out. Although the steak was perfect, I wasn’t offered steak sauce. Overall, it was a lackluster experience, and I would prefer to always go to the location in Johns Creek!

Our steak was really good this time.
I like to ask for the steaks without their 'Longhorn seasoning' and I just put a touch of salt and pepper as needed. I had some corn on the cob and we enjoyed the bread.
I am a very big guy so I usually like to sit at the bar or at a high top in the bar. This particular longhorns does not have any high tops in the bar so I sat at the bar counter. One slightly odd thing about the layout in the bar was the distance between the bar counter and the booths seemed a little shallow. But once I got some bread to eat and I forgot about all these little things. Also of note, the layout of the parking at this Longhorn's and everything else around it is all strange and distorted. So take your time. There's plenty of parking but it is easy to get confused while driving around this and other parking lots around the mall of Georgia.

Lots of love from GBN! From the moment we walked in, this Longhorn's exceeded every expectation. If you're searching for the best steakhouse, look no further. I ordered the bone-in ribeye, and it was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, with a fantastic sear and an incredibly juicy, flavorful center. It was hands-down one of the best steaks I've ever had. My wife's filet mignon was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The side dishes were just as impressive, especially the grilled vegetables and the loaded baked potato.
The ambiance is perfect for everything from a date night to a special family dinner...warm, inviting, and upscale without feeling stuffy.

What truly sealed the five-star experience was the impeccable service. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making our entire meal feel special. For anyone looking for an amazing steak dinner with top-notch service, this specific Longhorn's is an absolute must-try. We will definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone we know!
