All of the dishes I ordered were awesome!!! I ordered Tostones Rellenos with beef for appetizer. Filete de grouper imperial and Arroz chaufa for entree.

Exceptional food and not your standard fare. But you are guaranteed to love most anything you choose. Service is solid, decor is on par and new, very clean. Great for casual, sports enthusiasts or a family get together. Best restaurant in the complex, one of the best in Buford.

We live in Dawsonville but we wanted to try out this location. Boy, was it worth it!! The seasonings, flavors that make you drool and the portion size were all EXCELLENT. The service by Ismael was impeccable. We are definitely coming back! Everyone was so nice to us and we really enjoyed the food!

Having grew up in Miami I can say Cuban food is "comida de eleccion" and I say Mambo's is the best for Cuban food in the ATL area. You can start with mariquitas and end with flan and an espresso and everything in between is the best of Cuban food. They also have great Peruvian favorites too. Great service, yummy food so you leave satisfied.

Decided to take the family here on a Sunday evening. First let me say my waitress was good. I ordered the steak kids meal for my son. The meat was served Stone Cold. No biggie.. I mentioned to waitress and she returned with the same meat re heated..
My wife’s plate was the Lechon Asado..
the meat was Rancid. I tasted it as well and it did have a slight rancid taste to it. We mentioned it to our waitress. We exchanged for the Vaca Frita..
The vaca frita comes with a side of Yellown Plantains (amarillos). My wife nearly vomited because the plantains were rotten rotten.
The vaca grits was good and the rice was good.
We were starving so we ate the portion of the food that tasted good enough to eat.
Now.. I wouldn’t give a place a 1 start unless it was that bad. However I gave the waitress the opportunity to make it right.. by mentioning the plantains. No discount or anything was removed from my bill. Now I still tipped the waitress because she is not the cook. However I will NOT be returning here. Pork that is rancid being served, rotten plantains being served is a little dangerous to be serving to the public. I wish I was exaggerating but unfortunately after a long day, you would like to enjoy fresh , tasteful food from a Cuban restaurant. Stay Away… the parking lot is always empty for a reason. Gordon Ramsey needs to rip these cooks a new rear end. Adios..
