I'm shocked at some of the reviews here - we order from here at least twice a month and the food quality is fantastic, it's always ready when they say, it's very affordable, and the staff is awesome. We actually prefer this Marco's over any other in the area because of the quality and care of the staff. You rock Hamilton Mill Marco's!

Horrible customer service over the phone horrible customer service in person. The workers don’t wear gloves They make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them they are very impatient.. the food is horrible and over priced .. I will never go back here again because of the horrible food and horrible customer service, especially the big guy in the front.. The workers in the back have attitude problems and they hate their job .. we ALL do buddy ..I will never go back here again and I hope you guys don’t either. not worth it get a sandwich from firehouse Jimmy John’s order Jersey Mike’s right next-door. Get your pizzas from Parma Tavern or mellow mushroom anywhere but here.

I'm sorry but this place is just not that good. I used to work there and the managers promised me that they would keep me as a worker and would not fire me. Yet they fired me with no explanation but I was fired after the older guy started yelling in my face and I had a breakdown and they told me that I had to go get my mental health check. When I got out the hospital they told me I no longer had a job. This place has no integrity. In some places you can take it to court for people having a contract that says they keep their workers. But this may not work here. The service is just all around janky and bad. I would not do business with them. They knew my situation that I was saving up for college and flunked me in the middle of my saving. Now I am at nothing so I would not recommend this place at all.

I decided to come here for the first time. I am from out of town and wanted a calzone. I ordered the supreme calzone which was $9.99. I was very disappointed after beginning to eat my food. There was more bread than anything. Literally 2 pepperonis and 2 pieces of sausage on each half. (I cut it in half) Needless to say I will never return. Definitely not worth the money or time.

So. Unbeknownst to me Marco's has wings on the menu and I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how tender they were and the BBQ sauce slathered on every wing was sweet and tangy with just the correct amount of smokeyness that caused me to destroy 8 without even noticing! Good stuff!!
I’m giving two stars because I contacted this store to correct an error and there was no resolution only accusations that I was lying. Go to this store very often. I’ve literally never had a bad experience until recently. I figured since I had a familiar face my service would be appreciated. I also tip every time. I ordered a pizza online arrived at the time stated .. ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes only for my pizza to be tough and stiff. I literally live walking distance and when I’m home the pizza is sliding because it’s so hot well that wasn’t the case on 2/9/24. When I say stiff it was like it had been sitting from the time I arrived. I also called the store to let them know the quality of the pizza and the woman who claimed to be the supervisor was very rude and also denied my claims of the rather cold pizza. No apologetic tone just denied the entire ordeal.

This is the worst place to get pizza from the customer service is horrible the so called manager is rude and the lady that said she’s the owner is rude as well. They all need a class on customer service .

We come here a couple of times a month. But the last two times the customer service was not good. Both times I was charged small fees when I arrived to pick up the order. They then print a receipt for the small amount, but it cleared for another dollar on top of the amount. .21 cents then I get charged 1.21. time before it was .75 cents, but I'm charged 1.75 when I walk out. I don't know what this is. The manager did not explain it well. Seems like a way to get a little more money and I didn't consent to it. My orders were online and paid by credit card for pickup. They also do not like to offer any extra items others Marcos are happy to provide. We won't be back anymore. The cashier was pleasant this is a problem with their manager he's rude and missing the point of good customer service. They will keep losing customers.
