Came here tonight to get food since I got home late and got me and my wife both a meal we got home and started eating and lo and behold a COCKROACH LEG!! Fried up in her fry’s don’t believe me here’s a photo can’t believe this after we found it I tried calling back to back 3 times with no answer let’s just say I won’t be eating here no more I expected more from my home town McDonalds

i visited and ordered monopoly menu specifically because my brother wanted to participate in the monopoly event. however, despite the fact that i ordered 3 monopoly menu, they didn’t give me any peel off and it seemed that they replaced the box. ( i ordered 10 pcs mc nuggets bc it was included in the monopoly menu but they gave me 6 pcs nugget + 4 pcs nugget which did not have the peel off card )

Not sure why this McDonald’s doesn’t have good reviews, but this location is pretty nice. Friendly staff and good environment. I usually don’t enjoy McDonald’s store, but this location is different.
Horrible manager or whoever was in charge in that time, rude with me and with the employees, and they didn’t solve my problem.

Ordered a QP combo AGAIN and received a tiny kids fish sandwich and small fries. I can tell you it’s common at this point. Management needs to step it up big time. They all seem very capable. I’m no longer choosing to come here. I told the young manager girl and she definitely was dismissive and wanted to get me out more than just talking to me.

Unfortunately, it was noticed too late when my whole family had ingested the majority of the food. Two of my kids were sick from it. I haven’t been able to go back and report this to the manager yet. I wanted to say the details. I pulled up to wait for chicken strips and not sure if they were cooked well but judging by thie burgers I am concerned. Then this guy shoves the bag into my window in a not so happy way and didn’t say anything. So that was already a customer service issue. Then, I get all the way home to find raw meat in my sandwiches.
