This is the third time in the last two weeks I ordered a large iced coffee online. When I went through the drive-through, they gave me a medium size instead of a large. When I said, I ordered the large they tell me this is the large when you order online on the app. The cup has an M for medium on it and I've always ordered the large never had this issue. This is ridiculous. These people have no idea what they are doing at this McDonald's.

OK, why is this McDonald’s open with four employees in the store and she’s got the store closed only serving an Uber eats and DoorDash McDonald’s on you ain’t making no money you might as well close your store every night it is 2:32 AM and your McDonald’s is shut down my friend, but your employees are still in there working She’s only serving DoorDash and Uber. You’re losing your butt fire that girl it is Monday morning at 2:32 AM Ashley is yeah you need to get rid of her man.

I constantly make my breakfast purchases at this location, in addition to being a frequent customer, I don't usually complain but this is the last straw. This day, in addition to being wrong, my order was given the food that someone had already touched. 😡 that pancake came in the middle of the others, my coffee was not what I ordered, please pay more attention to the service, thank you

I was waiting in “pull forward and we will bring out your food” line. I was in the line for about 10 mins. My order was double cheeseburger and small fry. It happens maybe they were busy. My food comes out, delivered by KATIE. Katie is a manager. I felt the fries and I said excuse me but you can take the fries back and give me new hot ones. Especially because I’ve waited to get my food you could at least serve it hot. Her response was not by saying she was sorry and fixing the issue. No it was her having an attitude and talking under her breath as she walked away. So unprofessional. I had to say excuse me, what did you say? And she got an attitude in her voice and said “well you’ll have to wait 3 more minutes then”. So unprofessional. She should not be leading an organization or responsible for a group of people.

I am an micky D person I've stop at this location 6 times every time I've waited in the drive thu for 23 mins to get my food cold..this time I had to write an review.. yes I tried calling no one pick up..and I don't live in the area I work near.. I. Just disappointed

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. Took 30 minutes to get 2 happy meals. People were served all around me that came after me, while I was standing at the counter waiting. Do not recommend this one. Stay away! Either management doesn't care or the workers don't care, or both.
