Ugh, this place was honestly the worst. The manager was super rude, zero manners. Made me wait forever and then bluntly told me I could just cancel my order online because it would “take time.” Like… what? I literally came to pick up my order after 10 minutes — it was just a burger and fries 🙄
McDonald’s seriously needs to rethink their whole vibe. The experience is so nerve-wracking it’s not even funny. Maybe they should just stick to the real estate part at this point, because the food service side is clearly not it. 💁♀️🍟

Just came to the drive thru line at 5:30am sat there for 15 mins and nobody took my Order drive thru the window see everybody just cleaning walking around didn’t say nothing just walked away from the drive thru window. Never coming to this Mc Donald’s again! Bad service!

I am never one to leave bad reviews, but today I am completely frustrated. I made a mobile order for a quarter pounder with no cheese and ketchup and pickles only. Not only was the order wrong but when I sent it back, I got it back wrong again. At this point, a worker is just standing there holding it for another five minutes instead of getting it corrected while I have a hungry child and another child sitting down eating. It was so bad that the people that were waiting around me were actually talking to the staff trying to get my order. I will never frequent this McDonald’s again. They offered nothing to rectify the situation at all.

Horrible customer service. Every time something is missing in the order. I paid for 4 strips and got 3, on calling the location I am told to come next day at 5 like an order, no sorry for messing my order no apology just come tomorrow at 5. She didn’t even say the time frame till I didn’t ask her, very poor customer service.
