I never eat McDonald’s whatsoever anymore. But when I do, I always order my burger without onions so that I can have a fresh burger. This location forgot to remove the onions which is not a big deal. So I go back to the drive-through Window immediately after pulling away to let them know that hey my burger has onions in it. The manager Denzel was summoned to the window ….boy was this guy having a bad day. He Took my burger and said that I would have to pay for another one because I ate some of the burger. Then he tells me I need to get back in line in the drive-through to go pay for another burger because I was holding up his line. He threatened to call the police and actually did call the police because I told him I didn’t wanna leave the line and the line was actually fairly long. He cut me off on everything I was saying. He was not trying to hear anything. He was so rude up until the point I started recording the conversation. At that point, his attitude changed, but still was adamant on not taking care of me. Seriously this is the worst service I’ve ever gotten. There’s something called a drive-through waiting area. He could’ve simply told me to pull up and taken care of me and I would’ve been on my merry way. After a 14 hour shift, I was pretty hungry, which made me actually go to McDonald’s, which was the only thing open.After a 14 hour shift, I had to deal with the managers attitude and pay twice for the meal. I never got a refund and I never got my meal. Some things are just not worth The frustration. I will say that the gentleman who took my order was incredibly nice. Even the people who made the ice cream which the machine was actually working. They were very nice as well. This manager was a prime example on how not to treat a client. Warning stay away from this place save yourself the frustration.

I called the number multiple times yet no answer and voicemail box is full, that is how you know this place is bad. I ordered 10pc nuggets and never got them. Worse part is I didn’t realize till I was halfway home bc I didn’t look in the bag(look in the bag guys). The workers are liars because everything was NOT in the bag. Beyond disappointing. Sauce but no nuggets.

I was trying to get breakfast but the lobby was closed like always I was in. A box truck so I walked up to drive thru asked them if they could take my order because of my truck size I was told no with a attitude lets just say I never came back there agian
Gave the drive thru attendant a clear order, large #7 with Dr. pepper, that’s it nothing special. He repeats the order to me and it’s all correct. What do I get? A medium instead of large and a coke instead of Dr. pepper. I can’t imagine how complicated an order for a family of 4 would be.

Food was fine, delivery was quick. I like that this store still lets you pour your own drink. But the kiosks need to be recalibrated—the first one I tried repeatedly opened the wrong menu items. The drink machine sprayed water on my hand and the napkin dispensers were packed incorrectly. The lobby needed to be wiped down and swept—it wasn’t even rush hour.
