Made an order online. (Burrito, three tacos and a burrito bowl) I got there early and an employee told me his coworker was working on my order. Sounded great. During the time he was making my order he never changed his gloves once when handling food and then touching his hat, face, hoodie...hair. Please teach your employees to change their gloves! While he was making my food, two other customers came in. While another employee took care of their order they came and went within minutes while I was still standing there 15 minutes later after I arrived. They ran out of taco shells, so the employee assisting me made fresh taco shells, then forgot about them in the deep fryer and burned them. He then had to make new taco shells which took another 10 minutes.
This is my primary location that my family eats at, but within the past three visits we have been highly disappointed. You forget about your previous experience until you go back again. This time I will remember because it was gross and will not be returning to this location. Do better please.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, you order food at the counter. I ordered a steak bowl over seasoned rice. They had so many side choices, I got pico, olives, sautéed veggies, corn salsa,
Jalapeño, salsa verde. It was so good. I took it to go. Fast and clean service. Great location.

Working from home and with a young child who naps through lunch it’s hard to make it out whenever I need to grab lunch. After receiving a botched meal delivery the manager in charge took customer service above and beyond and made sure the order was well received and correct. Not only has this location been by far my favorite taste wise, but today proves it also blows customer service out of the water.!

My co-workers and I picked up food at this location today. The two employees were nice and provided great customer service. The food items were all fresh and the counter area for salsas were clean and neat.

I stopped coming once before and decided to give them another chance...smh.They are so stingy with the food and they act like it's coming out of their pocket and scared to put it on the plate. They only load you down with jalapeño and a half spoon of rice and a dash of cheese

Food was really bad. Rice was hard and nothing had flavor. Everything tasted like it was a few days old. The chips provided were stale and horrible. Will not be coming here again.

Really, really skimpy on portions. My bowl isn’t even half full. Tastes fine, but this serving size is definitely not worth the $12 I paid.

Food is delicious. We had a Vegan Bowl 🥣 with Tofu and veggies. Tasty! The people were very attentive, they made fresh Tofu for us.

Came in for late lunch today and while the food was OK, the ice machine wasn't working, the manager said the fountain drinks were cold but the tea was warm. I don't drink soda, didn't offer us any water or anything else, seemed like he really didn't care. Will not be back, chipotle did better with their service.

We went in for a late lunch on the way to an appointment. No one in line. Our food was good. If you don't eat meat or dairy there are still a few options for you. They have tofu. I didn't ask if the beans were in veggie broth or if either rice had butter.

This place is my favorite ever! I joke with the manager that I’m the reason the lights are on and the bills are paid because that’s how often I frequent here. The manager is on top of things here and if he thinks something is off, he fixes it. He has a great attitude and makes sure his team is doing a great job. The food is always fresh and delicious! The salsa bar is clean and filled. And the lines go quick. Can’t recommend this location enough! Download the app for the best rewards too. Big fan!
