Upcharged for choosing steak, I've only ever ordered steak and never been charged for my " choice of protein". Too many other options to play that game.

Jumped off the highway during a long trip. Delicious food. Welcoming staff.

Dine in around 2:15 p.m order 2 chicken quesada clubs it was awful, asked for aldbo chicken it was dry over cooked the worker preparing the food seems like she had a cold sniffing as she prepared other the establishment was dirty just the worst now I remember why do favor this place.

Bad experience !!!! first time come in this location by the mall of Georgia on Wednesday July 24th between 3&3:15 pm the customer service is horrible we didn’t feel welcome at all like the theme says (welcome to Moe) the girl that serves us actually mad at us a minute we walked in showed in her face expression but we ordered anyway i told her our first time here she was rude given us our orders I have to ask her is she feeling okay today? Then she show a little smile when I asked for drinks.. never again come back here i rather go wait in line at CHIPOTLE better customer service .

This place needs to be reevaluated for their franchisee license. The taco shells were stail, the salsa bar was disgusting, after we paid for the drink the clerk told us they are out of ice. She said they been out for over a week now, how hard is it to buy a few bags and put them in the fountain machine. Overall it was just a dirty and mismanaged location, will never return.

Went in on Monday wasn't informed that moes Monday only applies to app till after we went to pay the Manger made our food me and my fiance got the exact same food but he blatantly gave me half the portion size as her then told his employee to charge her for a burrito and me the homewrecker. So I got smaller portions and payed more then asked for drinks the cashier said okay I pay then told us after they had no drinks only water no tea or soda because the soda Machine was down how does that stop you from having tea. Came to this location often won't be back again.

Amazing, they filled my bowl to the brim. The food was hot, They even gave me a free warmed tortilla on the side.

Wish I could go less than 1 star. First I walked in and asked very clearly “is the burrito free for birthdays?” And was told a very clear “yes with the app”. So we got a burrito and then at the cash register was told “oops we don’t do that anymore”. The female that made our food was cold and rude during the process like we were inconveniencing her. Sorry to have come into eat lunch at a restaurant. This is a real example of how bad customer service has gotten. They also don’t take cash which is legal tender and next time I think we will just leave but my pregnant wife was hungry for moes so sadly we paid and ate.

The food wasn’t worse than you’d expect but it’s moes so let’s be real it’s not amazing but that’s not why you go.

I work nearby, and Moes is always a staple. While the workers never shout, "Welcome to Moe's," the steadfast nature of the food has had me coming back for years.
