So, I didn’t know that my food would come with a side of mold. I didn’t ask for it, but I guess I got it for free. Thanks! I got the pizza and I asked for some mozzarella cheese to go on top- hold the mold. I had finished eating and noticed something blueish in the container where the cheese was. I was thoroughly disgusted and felt like throwing up. As I continued to look in the container there were several spots on the cheese. ????I was totally done.

All I want is a cauliflower pizza. The guy takes my order and leave the cash register and three people walks in. One person grab the food at the delivery dash stand which the sign clearly says please ask before grabbing food, however, no one is up front for about 25 minutes so two people walk out. The whole time I'm waiting on my pizza one lady looks at me( works there) and I give her a smile like hey I'm still here. I know my food is ready.The manager is in the back on her cell phone and finally the guy comes back up grabs my pizza after its been sitting there openly for 15 minutes, flies or any bug can be in my pizza, also they're sweeping in that area as well, so I just told them to give my money back politely. I'm hungry and the pizza cold and he states I'll give you your refund but you can have the pizza. (I politely decline) No thank you I just want my money back. The manager comes up and didnt apologize or say one word to me, didn't even look me in the eye, although she speaks to the couple behind me. I dont know if my skin complexion had something to do with this bad, unknowledgeable situation but this was very uncomfortable, unsettling, unappreciated customer service.I will not come to your restaurant again. Like Panera, Newk’s is another local chain I keep giving another chance to. I’ve already written off Panera for good and now Newk’s will be joining that list.Their prices have risen often at the Buford location, but not the food quality or portions. The salads are probably their best value, but countless times have never been prepared as requested. The sandwiches/bread are good, but are half the size of a Publix Sub and cost more by a few dollars. The toppings must literally be counted because they’re not filling.Today will be my retirement from Newk’s. A $5 bowl of pasta salad was only half-filled/empty. A dollar a bite since that’s all it took to finish it off. Got a “seasonal” fruit cup of two small chunks of cantaloupe and tiny little pieces of honeydew. Also, don’t package it in the same separate bag of hot items (soup). Warm fruit is not appealing. I get inflation and food costs, but don’t double-down by skimping on portion and quality.Best of luck.

Had a house salad cost 10 dollars I got 4 cucumbers, 4 Tommy toe tomatoes, and less than a hand full of cheese in a huge bowl of that feather like lettuce. I didn't eat it only the cucumbers and tomatoes.

The food is usually pretty good. Service here is terrible. Waited at the register for 15 minutes while people in their kitchen are looking over at me acting like they don't work here and can't even get someone to handle the register. Prices have gotten out of hand too, especially when you're getting treated like this. Not the first time this has happened to me here but will definitely be the last.

Go to the bank before you come to Newk’s! Take out a second mortgage on your house. A salmon salad with a small side of mac and cheese will set you back $27+. The good news is that you will get lots of rewards point on your credit card.The personal pizza is about 10”. For $11 it can feed a small child adequately. You could eat better for much less. Go to Kroger, but a couple of steaks, two potatoes, asparagus, and save a few bucks.Don’t have high expectations on customer service. It doesn’t appear that the employees enjoy working here even with only three people in the dining area.Maybe you’ll have a better experience. Good luck!
We grabbed lunch here on the way down the road. We slit a "Q" and added a couple of lobster bisques. Definitely enjoyed our meal, and it fit just right for our long ride south. Thanks, and y'all need to just drop in for a good bite... ?

Came in on a Saturday evening at 7:25pm and was told that I couldn’t eat inside because they close at 8pm. This is ridiculous. I could understand if it was 7:55pm. I also asked for corporates number and the cashier never came back. Rude

We ordered the cheesesteak Philly and it was probably the worst sandwich I've had in a restaurant. The steak was dried out, over cooked and tasted like it had been reheated several times. It was hard to bite because the meat was so tough. Definitely not worth the money.

1st time here, ordered a couple phillie cheesesteaks. Was very disappointed, steak was not fresh and roll was hard. For the price and atmosphere i honestly expected something semi enjoyable. Sorry ya. Not a pleasant experience.
