i was waiting 1 HOUR,for three orders,also dont play games on tab they cost money, food was greasy and water was with chlorine ITS AWFUL,My personal rate is 2/10

I asked for a blue raspberry lemonade and it wasn't until after we got drinks that she said they didn't have it,then when asked for soup or salad I said salad with no tomatoes or olives and they were in the salad...then minutes later she comes over asking what our order was again.....I suggest not going if it's busy to avoid our order being messed up or forgotten.

Ryan the manager, made everything work with my party of 20 people, he was really professional and friendly! The food and the atmosphere were excellent

Gino needs to be fired….. every time I get him it’s a terrible experience either he forgets things, watches you pay and tip, or just straights up ignores you. Every time I try to not get him. Idk if it’s because he’s so old or what but he needs to stop working if can’t even bring you water without lemon.

Service very slow. Asked for red chilli flakes and didn't get when people next to us already had it. Food was very bland and cheap like food.

Horrible experience, the host s told my wife and I no when we asked for a booth two tables over. I had to talk to the manager on my way out the door to get a booth. Food was sub par. They charged me for table games on their little table kiosk even though I did not use their kiosk. Completely horrible experience, I will never go back

We placed an order for delivery, it was picked up to be delivered at 6:39pm, and was delivered to us (a 10 minute drive from the restaurant) at 7:40 pm. When we called the restaurant to let them know the food was cold, and the salad was wilting. Their exact words were that it is not their problem, the delivery driver is responsible and then they disconnected. Their customer service is unconscionable.

Servers are wonderful here and went above and beyond when something didnt go right.Food is standard Olive garden.I dont drink alcohol,but my friend did and she said they where decent for location.

Our waiter Enrique was a bit passive aggressive and condescending towards me and my mom. We were never once rude to him nor raised an attitude. We were quite respectful and patient and told him to take his time and there wasnt any rush. However, he would give us this stare as if we insulted him. When I asked for a refill of my soup, he said that he was gonna have to charge me because somehow it was an issue that my mom took a spoonful of my bowl. I was shocked because I never had this issue before and this is the first time a waiter had to police me what I can and cannot order. So I didnt ended up refilling my soup because I didnt want to make it a big deal even though I was very upset. I wish I could be making this up but it was really obvious theres a difference with his demeanor compared to other customers. He was so warm and animated and receptive to the customers directly behind us. He was a having a full on conversation about fogo de chao and other food recommendations with the customer all while being silently condescending towards us. The only time he was ever nice was when we asked for a check because we knew were about to leave. Despite being very cold to us, I still gave him a decent tip because I didnt want to reciprocate his energy and be petty. I just thought the overall experience was horrible and I always had a positive experience at olive garden particularly this location.

Out server was Caleb and he made out night. He is awesome. He had conversation. He was informative. He has a great personality. He was very attentive and quick. The food was good. I got the chicken dumpling soup and it tasted great. It was a great night. And that was a great location.

I was out on veterans day getting my perks on. Olive Garden was the best in food and skimping on the portion given not happening. I had enough food for a couple of days. My compliments to the chiefs. The service was most pleasant and with big contagious smiles.
