We ordered eat in. One hour later our food was still not cooked. The waiter kept checking on us; sadly kitchen staff was setting him up to fail. We left after complaining to manager on duty. 04/27/2024

I placed an order. Team members refused to send me the pay link via text as they normally do. For a curb side order. They gave me two options to walk in and pay or them walk out and get my card. I place orders here often. So I know those are not my only two options. I wanted outside over 15 minutes for my order and when I asked to speak to a manager they said he was busy and would not let me speak to him.

My wife and I had dinner at Olive Garden this evening and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I have had. The food was definitely not the standard that I have had here before. The manager agreed and apologized. She even offered to comp the meal. I told her no and I would pay my way. Our waitress was not attentive to ours and two other tables next to us. Overall, this was just a bad situation all the way around. I think I would have enjoyed a better meal next door of McDonald.
Across from the Mall of GA, not crowded or noisy. There were 4 of us and we were able to converse without any interference. Excellent food, drinks, and atmosphere. Ordered a Peach Bellini, made with Procesco, very refreshing and not too sweet. Never-ending bowl of salad and hot breadsticks could be a meal in itself. But I ordered my go-to meal, Chicken and Shrimp Carbonera. Once was a specialty item that is now permanently on the menu, yay Olive Garden!! Succulent grilled Shrimp, lightly battered chicken over a pasta Carbonera with red peppers...so good!! Was too stuffed to order dessert but there are many great options on the menu. Looking forward to my next visit!Parking: Handicapped and To-Go spaces in the front, more parking in the back.

Thus may be one of the last of the early 2000 chains. Food was ok. The staff was polite but they seemed overwhelmed for a Saturday evening.

Dinner was good. Love the chicken and gnocci soup (main reason I come here when I do). Drinks look pretty and tasted good. My sirloin steak and chicken alfredo meal was very good.

From the moment I called and got Olivia who took my name and number and reservation for our large party to the end of our dinner at Olive Garden on Buford the experience was wonderful! I reserved for 22 of our family as we had one son visiting and our 4 southern kids and their families got together for dinner. Kudos to Olive Garden for not making us wait on the two that were getting through traffic. Also 2 were sick. We ended up with 20 of us. Our dedicated servers were amazing and attentive. We've tried in the past with our large family to use various places, but most do not accommodate us well. They won't take reservations, make us sit at different tables, or didn't know how to handle us etc. OG consistently has allowed our family to enjoy a living dinner hour together. With good and plentiful food. THANK YOU!
