Bathroom experience stank to the higher heaven. Looks like the urinal has not been properly cleaned in a good while.I almost left the place, many say if the bathroom is not right then other places in the building follow.The food was decent but service lacked. Slow service was hard to understand because the place was deserted. The food took an extraordinarily long time to come out of the kitchen.

I used to love coming here and enjoying food and drinks. The server was okay, and the food could have been better. The restaurant was not clean. The table was nasty, and the place was not busy.
What horrible service today. They were short staffed, looked like only 1 wait person who was trying to take orders, serve, bar tend, and take orders for takeout.There was noone to seat me. I had to send my food back to be reheated after waiting so long for extra salsa and extra limes for my margarita. Noone even came to accept payment, I ended up paying online. It's a good thing online payment was an option or I would probably still be there.

Gosh, I thought i took a picture of my main course ?? i kind of blacked out cuz i was too busy chatting with my friend. But everything was good, i got the grilled chicken bowl — they did not offer my staple order of steak cuz they were out, thats why i took a star off. The drinks were nice and the bartender tried to do his best even how busy he was and they were short staffed as well.

Absolutely horrible service. Restaurant was not busy with only 4 tables. Chips and taco shells tasted like old grease which ruined appetite. Server was not friendly and had no clue about the menu or suggestions and was incredibly rude with bad hygiene. With 3 waters our drinks were refilled once during the hour and 20 minutes we were here. Food took 45 minutes to come out with only 4 tables!

I was part of a large group order. I ordered a separate meal from the group. A Portobello mushroom burrito. Where's the mushrooms? Did you run out? Sorry excuse. 90% rice. Very little of any of the listed ingredients.Vegetarian options: Very small number of choices

Run!! There can be very few customers and you still have to wait to be seated. The staff sends overwhelmed even though there's very few customers. Food comes out wrong. It's not worth the money and it's been this way for 2 years. We gave it another try recently and nothing has changed. My son wanted Mexican and I needed to do to the mall so we went back and they don't care!! We watched server's walk around and finally when they realized we weren't leaving decided to seat us. Awful!!Dietary restrictions: Don't order your food special because it won't come out right. My roommate is allergic to cheese and he still got cheese in his burrito.

Our server, James, did an excellent job and was very attentive. The food came out quickly and at a good speed. It was all delicious! The General Manager is great!!

Disgusting food and tasteless margaritas.Had a hard time swallowing the two-day left over and reheated pork enchiladas, beef taco was extra greasy, and the tortilla soup, previously light and fresh, is now a tomato beef broth disaster.Chips were bitter rancid and the salsa lost its freshness. The chips and salsa used to be the best part of going to on the border. The cheese, Chile relleno was very good but not good enough to bring the overall rating up to two stars.

We use to come here often pre Covid. But honestly after Covid it was pretty awful. I believe in giving a place another shot, and I was glad I did. It is sad to see it so slow, when before you had to wait to get seated. Either there is a new manager or some new training. There was plenty of front of the house and we were seated quickly, chips were great, food came out quickly, staff was attentive, and the food was great this time. I hope you all get more business. It is easy to run people off hard to bring them back. Hopefully a few will give it a try again.

We went there waited a while before seated even though it was wasn't crowded. Unfortunately we found out that there was only one waiter in the place within a tendon at the bar. This man at the age of 61 worked his behind off he did such a good job we had to give him an extra tip just for it until later we were about there an hour and a half and then somebody came to help him and this was in the afternoon overall we had a great time and his service alone more than made up for the inconvenience of first coming in.
Arrived about 5pm, greeted immediately and seated. The service was excellent, the waiter Jeff was prompt with refills and suggestions for appetizers and dessert also. The food was prepared well, hot and tasty. A good experience this visit.
