Over The Top Burger Bar

We ate here years ago and loved it. Decided to go tonight and man has this place went down! We ordered the Georgia Summer to share and it had none of the peach jalepeno chutney on it. So it was just a soggy burger with pimento cheese. Then we decided to try their shakes since we never had. They were basically just milk. So disappointing. Also it’s 18% auto gratuity on EVERY check. The service isn’t even good. We barely seen our waiter.

This place has really went down hill. Food was not good at all. The milk shake was more milk than ice cream. The service was not good and still had to pay the 18% tip. Will not come back.

Visiting from California and went on a Saturday night. Service (waiter with long pony tail didn’t get his name) was outstanding. I lost track of how many times he came by to check on us, had a good breakdown on the different burgers. Burgers were good, fries were fries.

Food has gone downhill and was informed all the good staff left. All of these good reviews are because of people who are no longer there. Will not be back. The water taste like chemicals and the fountain drinks taste like mold. Disgusting.

TERRIBLE SERVICE & FOOD WAS DECENT
After looking at all the reviews and pictures were decided to make a trip to try the platter, burgers and milkshake.
Wings were terrible, burgers were good but I had better for sure.
The waitress warned us about the milkshakes that will take a little long so we order them as soon as we received our food and she said it will take 15 minutes and we agree. After 30 MINUTES and 3 kids loosing it I decided to ask how much longer we will wait and she said maybe 5 or 10 more so the moment I decided to cancel it she grabbed the glass cups and started to make them. NO THANK YOU, REMOVE THEM FROM MY ORDER.

This restaurant lost my family as customers, if I had better service I would of honestly come back.

Barely saw the server the whole time and the burgers were salty. They have a fixed tip of 18%. I don't mind tipping but the service need to be there to earn it.

I’m not one to write reviews but this place was terrible. Burger didn’t have any taste, was overcooked and really reminded me of a Bubba burger. Fries were ok. Iced tea tasted like soap or a cleaning solution. Place was frigid and had zero personality. Was dead on a Saturday night at 7:30. I’d recommend staying away from this place. Way overpriced for very subpar food.

Horrible service everytime but the food is really good. Also, they added automatic gratuity because they know their servers are so bad. It is so annoying to come here everytime, the waitresses are so ditzy. This is coming from another woman.... -_-

Came here with my wife tonight, and sat at the bar. Lila was our bartender. She made us some bomb margaritas! Burgers and wings are great. Crazy good wing flavors. 100%

We went tonight and had some amazing cocktails at the bar. Lila is the best bartender ever. She made us the best lemon drop martini that i have EVER had. If you come here, sit at the bar, and get one from Lila. We had the Buford Blue and the sampler. It was pricey, but honestly so worth it. Best burger spot in Buford. The sampler comes with so much on it that it’s enough for three people. We will for sure be back.
