This is a wonderful location! The food is made fresh to my request with no issue. The managers here are kind and friendly. The staff always greets me and they are always smiling. Establishment is clean. This is my favorite Panda Express!

Orange Chicken was overcooked and so dry it was almost inedible, we called the restaurant and they said manager wld call back when available and never called. VERY disappointed and $30 waisted.

I've been coming to this location for years. I visit 5-6 times a week for pickup order after work. Sometimes almost every day. The employees are very nice. Food is always fresh. Couple days ago weather was raining hard and cold so I ordered doordash. The box was all crushed and liquid from the box all over the food. I reached out to doordash both app and by call. Indian rep says this is panda express fault and I told them there is no way bc ive pre ordered from this location over 100 times and never had a issue . The real blame was the driver who had other orders smashed on top of each other. I couldn't even speak to the same doordash rep when I called back. I went inside to let panda express know my situation showing them my pictures, receipt and doordash communication proof. Server amy and manager lady were very understanding and replaced same meal for free. This is why I will always only visit this location.

They have DoorDash drivers making drinks because they are too lazy to do so. This seems to be a health violation as they are not trained to do so safely/have no handwashing requirements.

People stop eating @Panda Express , it’s not CHICKEN it’s RAT MEAT , the taste and the texture is not as chicken …. I’m done eating there , they are disgusting for feeding prople RAT MEAT …. that place should be SHUT DOWN !!! Sick people 😡😡😡😡

Got 2 orders to go and they were great!! As usual I started scarfing it down and forgot to take a picture before the carnage. Also Maria is absolutely wonderful and she should be promoted to management if she isn’t already!!!!
This Panda Express in Buford near Mall of Georgia is excellent. I can't believe I haven't reviewed them yet.. albeit I think I did on Yelp already. The food is always fresh here and they have good team members here who are fast, efficient, and kind. It does get busy so be mindful of that. I now pretty much order exclusively on the app and then pick up for a smooth, seamless experience. 4.1 stars rounded up because it's summer and they deserve the love for their awesome Chinese food! 5 stars and thank you to the staff and servers here.
