twice I've ordered my lunch for work via delivery, early in the morning just to get coffee... and twice the coffee was not included in my order... I had to get the delivery service to refund me both times. DO BETTER and make sure the drinks are sent with the order.

After asking for my name, which was Glory, the cashier didn’t get it at all and typed me as “Guest212.” I ordered for 2 large drinks but they were keyed in as regular size. Then to add more insults to my order, the crew didn’t provide me with the drink that I ordered.
