We love Pao Pao and come every time my son is in town. Normally, very tasty and kind, attentive staff. However, today was not up to the usual quality. I came for lunch and got a Bento box. most of the food was cold, the chicken was dry and smaller and tasted "old". The spring rolls as well. Now, the manager was great and comped that, and I ordered some tasty Crab ragoons. Great! When it was time to pay, while the Box was comped and I paid for the half order of Gyozo...
I finally ate here for the first time last night, and it was wonderful! The decor and atmosphere is bright and uplifting, and the food and service were exceptional.
I ordered the Spicy Garlic Tonkotsu, and the spice level and flavor were perfect!
I will definitely be back!
The staff n waiters are always very friendly and helpful. The food always knocked me into bliss. I luv how you don’t haft to order water, they bring it to you without asking and you can order drinks on top of that. The chicken teriyaki rice is my go too, but my wife gets the ramen, and it’s nothing but warm comfort food that hits hard. Been here 4 times and never had a bad experience.
