The store manager Juose at the 561 Forest Parkway in Forest Park, GA location should be fired. He is rude, condescending, and lacks any sort of internal & external customer service skills! I feel bad for the staff that has to work with him and I will NEVER go back!🤬

It’s been many years since we ate Papa John’s pizza. We always remember it being so Delicious. Well, not last night. Our bread sticks weren’t completely burnt but had black areas on them and were hard. Our pizza was cardboard thin and crust was tough, also had black spots.
We ordered wings as well. Pretty sure they used baby chics based on the size of the wings.
This experience was bad enough to keep me from ordering from them again.

wheres my food? I ordered food and it was never delivered but got charged for it. I'll never do this again with this place. i placed the original order online myself but it showed as pickup. I called the store and the guy i talked to changed the order to delivery. It's now 405am and im.still waiting for my food and the place closed at 12am. guess I'll be going to raise hell when they open. so much for my dinner. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT. Should have stayed closed from the first time they were here. update 9/30. went to the store direct asked where my order was and the gentleman that was working said my food is still sitting on the rack a waiting to be waiting. general manager came into the store and immediately started screaming and yelling at his employee stating he is tired of being bothered on his day off that this is bs and they need to learn how to handle things on their own. he than proceeded at me and telling me I should have called the store i looked at him and said are you not listening I called the store and no one answered the phone. I changed the order with a person at your store direct. and why is my order still sitting on the shelf waiting to be delivered. he stated thar the closing employee must not have wanted to wait for door dash to show up. dude unexceptable. this store need to have a change in manager because Thomas Black by no means at all ever should be a general manager. Conrad was great to talk to and deal with and if I was Conrad I would have walked out right than and there.

DO NOT ORDER from this Papa John’s location.�I placed a large order online several days in advance for a party. Everything went through on my end — I received confirmation emails and my total was clearly stated as $157.49. Two days before the event, I got a notice that the payment was still “pending” on their end, so I called to resolve it. I was told everything would be fine. Fast forward to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, I receive a call from an employee named Jessica, saying my card wasn’t going through and they needed a new one over the phone. She claimed she could void the original transaction and reprocess the order — but suddenly, the total jumped to $262 and change. When I asked why the total had changed so drastically, she offered no real explanation. I drove to the store in person and showed multiple emails confirming my original total and order. Jessica flat-out refused to honor the online pricing and discounts I had received, and rudely pushed a new receipt toward me with the inflated price. Her exact words were: “You need to either pay this, or no pizza.” I refused to be scammed or bullied, and told her I wouldn’t pay the incorrect amount. As I walked out, she called me a “b**”** loud enough for me (and others) to hear. No apology. No accountability. Just absolute disrespect and unprofessionalism. I’m shocked Papa John’s would allow someone like this to represent their brand. I’ve already submitted a complaint to corporate, and I strongly encourage others to AVOID this location at all costs.
