The quality here has taken a nose dive over the last year. I've been here 4 times in the past year, and every single time, the sodas are flat and barely cold. The most recent time I was here in June, the garlic knots were so undercooked that half of each garlic knot was purely raw dough. The pizza had barely any sauce on it, and the chicken just tasted weird. Some of the other times I've been in the past year, the chicken for the pasta was burnt and inedible.
The most recent time I was here in June there was a DJ playing rap at 9pm. Who the hell plays rap in a tavern that primarily sells Italian food? The music was loud as hell, and I could barely hear my partner talk across the table from me. When we asked the server if this was a new thing she said they've had live music every night for years, which I know for a fact is not true because I've been to Parma about 6 times over 3 years and I have never seen live music or a DJ ever, regardless of what time of the night I've been there.

“Charred Regret Parmigiana”
Tried the chicken parmesan for lunch today at Parma, and what I got looked like it had just lost a fight with a blowtorch. The server assured me this is what happens when you bake chicken… which is wild, because I’ve had enough chicken parm in my life to qualify for a loyalty card, and none of them came out looking like fossilized regret. Dry, burnt, and oddly proud of it — like they thought this was the chef’s kiss of culinary arts. If you’re craving disappointment with a side of ash, Parma’s got you covered.

I consider myself a loyal customer of Parma and there’s a reason why. The food is always good, but tonight it was beyond! I ordered the November special ravioli and it was AMAZING. My husband ordered the special pizza and ate the entire thing and my children ate theirs without complaint which is kind of a miracle. Highly recommend. Their chef was FIRE tonight.

I was eagerly waiting for my to go pizza for an hour, but unfortunately, it didn’t turn out to. I had to request to correct the order, and the service could have been better. They gave me the wrong to go order again. Feeling disappointed, I decided to leave. Despite the poor experience, I still decided to tip 40% of the order amount. I won’t be ordering from them again.
