Palmer Tavern is AMAZING! I tried the margarita pizza and added pepperoni, it was absolutely delicious. The sauce was so flavorful and everything tasted so fresh. My husband ordered the Smashburger on a Krispy Kreme doughnut (yes, you read that right!) and it was incredible. The burger doesn’t normally come smash style, but my husband requested it and the waiter made it happen which was awesome. My husband loved it so much he couldn’t stop talking about it!
The vibe here is really good, and the staff are so friendly. Even when we were leaving, everyone made sure to say goodbye, which made it feel extra welcoming. I also had the Caesar salad and it came with soft bread and homemade croutons you could really taste the difference.
Overall, this place is 10/10. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Palmer Tavern is definitely going to be my new lunch spot, and I can’t wait to try more from their menu. Highly recommend!

I hardly ever leave reviews but it’s crazy that this place is a sit anywhere(the dj also said to us just have a sit anywhere )an a server or anyone would attend you, I had about 25min sitting at my table ,an nothing ! People came in after us had already have drinks that’s CRAZy to me ! I work in this industry for many years an I could never leave any customer walk in and have to wait so much time. Never again ,my first experience was alright but the pasta brought me back.

They change the menu monthly and have yummy specials. They have gluten free pizza! They’re one of the only places open late with food and GOOD drinks. They have lots of different themes/activities nightly. Some are kid safe, some are adults only 😜 We absolutely love the bartender Jade. She knows us by our drink orders 😂 above and beyond customer service and wait staff. Jade is the absolute best. Just an authentic, genuine person with the best energy. God bless you Jade, we love you 🩵🩵🩵

You have to be a little patient when you order there or from there because everything is made to order, but it is well worth it. The pizzas I’ve tried were all amazing as have been the other menu items. The cannolis were better than many Italian restaurants I’ve tried. Highly recommend you give them a try. Helpful hint when dining there. There is ample parking behind the building, so don’t be discouraged if it looks too busy in the front.
I went into Parma on Saturday, the customer service was unmatched! I was soo impressed with the staff and the owner! This was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time! 10 out of 10! I’ll def be returning and recommending this place!! 5 stars across the board!!!

Today was my first time eating at Parma. I had take out fettuccine chicken Alfreda with spinach, and mushrooms. It was delicious!! The girl working the bar handled my order and she was very customer service oriented. She was very nice and accommodating, she knew the menu well enough to make good recommendations. You don’t get this everywhere these days. If I had to make a recommendation it would be if the to go portions could be the same as the eat in portions (paying the same amount of money). Maybe it was that good I wanted more but I saw the difference in the portions. I will return.

Food is the best part of coming here but unfortunately didn’t get to get any today. I came in and saw the bar half full and moved to sit the empty outside. I sat for 25 minutes, had a 4 top join next to me outside, be served food and drinks, without ever being acknowledged by the staff. The waitress outside saw me multiple times looking for help towards her.
