We came down for business to pick up supplies and was recommended here. Miss Natalie, our waitress was an absolute doll and took great care of us. She came back many times to make sure we were good if we needed anything super nice waitress and takes pride in her work. The food was absolutely to die for and amazing. The restaurant was super clean very spacious family friendly and was a great experience highly recommend we will definitely be back thank y'all so much again for the great food and the wonderful experience
A little grungy, but the food is killer and service is amazing. I was legit shocked; first when I walked in and it wasn't what I was expecting (more of a bar atmosphere rather than a restaurant), then when the food and service was great.I'll be back regularly.

Recently ordered the Chicken Gorgonzola salad and I added the option online for extra dressing. The specific dressing that comes with this salad is not listed so I clicked Balsamic and just made a note that I actually want the dressing that comes with the salad because the option is not online to select this particular dressing. No problem right. So the idiot manager with red hair comes out with my order yelling in a condescending tone "ITS CALLED ROASTED GARLIC" , TWICE, as if I wasn't smart enough to read that on the menu. To the contrary you weren't proactive OR smart enough to list all options available on your website. Dummy. Watch how you talk to paying customers

Love coming on Thursdays for the live DJ, pizza garlic knots and drinks are always phenomenal. Lovely servers and crew. Everyone is so sweet and does silica a great job.THANKS PARMA!Parking: Behind the restaurant is plenty of parking with a little alley to walk right to Parma’s entrance.
Would have loved to have eaten at this restaurant but sadly service ruined that. Upon arrival we requested for a booth but we were told it'll be a wait of 25mins and a party of four was ahead of us. We agreed to sitting at a low table meant for bigger parties, which was fine for us. While waiting for the server, we noticed the server already seated and greeted a table that sat down after us; a party of two instead of a party of four like we were told. After this, a family of four was sat in our table without consulting us first; if we wanted to be seated next to strangers, we would have gotten to Mall of Georgia's food court instead. Shortly after this happened, the waiter finally acknowledged our presence and came to greet us. At this point, twenty minutes in, we were not greeted nor offered any water so we decided to leave the establishment.It is beyond our understanding why we were treated so poorly while others parties received quick service. Perhaps we were not within the target audience. We eat out pretty often in the Buford and we have never been treated in such an unwell manner.

A place that you can go almost every day and you will not get tire of it?Well that is parma for us, whenever we want to have awesome wings or pizza and just relax, enjoying a couple of beers.Thanks for keeping this place as we first found it. I’ve never been to a place where every single exchange I have with anyone is consistently pleasant. Food is superior in flavor, and quality. Highly recommend this place! Love it here. I hope they stay around forever!
Good food, service was good. In my most recent visit I was super disappointed that they no longer have my favorite item on the menu, which is the eggplant chips appetizer. Please bring this back!!!

Ordered a pizza and it was cooked properly and the ingredients were tasting fresh.Mista salad was very good and a good portion for the price. The dip for we got started was hot and delicious. Heather was a great and friendly server and the restaurant was clean and neat. I've been here years ago, but this is going to be some place we stop again soon.
