I was denied service as they do not allow service dogs. Once I showed them it was federal law to admit a service dog they then told me to wait 5-10 min to clean off a table in an almost empty restaurant to put me in the back as customer might be scared of the dog. Mind you I was out with a co-worker who then advocated for me and pointed out the dog was just laying there. The staff was incredibly rude to me just because I need the support of a service animal!

Food was decent. Waitress was rude and charge us extra for meatballs when I didn’t ask for extra just whatever comes with it. No pho restaurants ever charge for “extra” meat when we order the regular with regular size.

Been here a couple times. Got the x large p7 combo pho. Left satisfied eachtime. Service isnt the best, but that didnt matter. I was hungry and my experience made up for that. Broth was good and this is the only place they really load up the beef including tripe and tendon, which i was craving. Other places put 1 or 2 pieces and thats it. The beef was all tendor, didnt struggle with chewy tough beef like most pho places. They really put a lot of pho too. Other places have the giant bowl with little ball of pho and mostly broth. This is my go to when in the area.

The food (pho) was not good! A receptionist (waiter) kept listening to music with earphones and did not care about customers! He did not come to our table even one time!

I visited for the first time and the server seemed to be loath to work. The server threw food at the table which had no spoons or forks. I felt so bad. I will never go again.

My first couple times I went the food was spot on the service is kind of slow a bit to getting refills on drinks and such but not bad. However the past two visits the flavors weren’t tasting the same and disappointing.
Our family often come to this restaurant at least once a week. From time to time our friends and family in town, this restaurant is the place to go. One time we ordered a drink they over charged us and we ask why she charged more then the price on the manual, but she couldn't explain and didn't refund the difference eighter, so they lost our business

FOUND A PIECE OF HAIR IN PHO AND THEY TRIED TO BLAME IT ON MY EYELASHES. Let the waiter know that i had found a piece of hair in my pho and he took it back, i waited and extra 30min to see if they would bring back another bowl or offer anything else but instead i was avoided. i ended up going to the front to pay and the gentleman with glasses argued with me about it, said he would get the cameras out and insisted it was my eyelashes. Terrible customer service. if I could leave 0 stars i would, will not be back.

I walked into the restaurant and waited in the front to be seated. the employees and manager were busy which is understandable. They didn’t acknowledge me, which still i was okay because eventually they would come to the front to seat me (also a business owner).to make it short someone else comes in and she seats them right away. then she looks at me and doesn’t say anything to me. I think it would be good idea to hire someone with great communication skills, who is personable and self aware. the customers that was seated right away apologized on the managers behalf. which they shouldn’t have. But they also knew that was wrong.
