The lady on the phone did not understand Vietnamese and did not confirm with me the order before she placed it. I did not order extra meatball. I did not order an extra large pho. I order specific meat pho. I was not told anything else, not even the total amount of money that I will be paying. My pho came out to be $19.98 before tax. The bun thit nuong egg roll was $13.99, total $36.01 after tax. I haven't even eat it but I already have bad taste in my mouth. We will not come back here from the bad service.

Order 2 vermicelli bowls and they noodles came out steaming hot. It’s suppose to be a cold dish. I told our waiter when he came to check on us and he said he would let them know. Then the waitress came at the end to take payment and I told her. They both agreed that it was not right, but they didn't do anything to make it right. I like this restaurant but disappointed in the food this time.

AVOID!!: Pho here had a chemical taste, like someone put cleaning chemicals in it. Place was dead empty and filthy. And the waitress demanded I give her a good tip this time, despite having never been there before. Stay away, this place is a clear health hazard.
WE FOUND TWO BUGS IN OUR FOOD. This was extremely traumatizing because we were halfway finished before we saw a bug floating in the soup, and one in the plate of toppings. I will never come here again. They are not clean. I told the manager and she smiled and acted like she didn’t know English. The pho isn’t even special. It tastes like their broth is just store-bought chicken broth , no layers or depth of authentic flavor. It’s mediocre and apparently very unsanitary.

Delicious pho and ice coffee. The women's restroom ceiling light cover has a dead roach tho, the dead roach was still there the second time I was there. Not sure if should I focus on the pho and ignore the restroom....
