Employees not knowledgeable about the menu or how to do substitutions. I ordered a Big Bang, which is a protein smoothie. I wanted to substitute the whey protein for plant protein, which was listed as an option on the menu. She said it would be an upcharge of $1.75 for plant protein, which I thought was really high and didn't sound right. I went to order online later, and saw that plant protein is NOT a $1.75 upcharge if you're removing the whey protein and want to substitute for a different protein of choice. Employee therefore gave me incorrect information and overcharged me. Facility was very clean though and is conveniently right off the interstate.

Who ever works morning shift needs to do better . I don’t know if it’s because me & my mom were African American or what but when we walked in no one said hey or anything . It was the blonde hair younger lady with glasses . But then when a group of Caucasian people came in they said “ Heyy how are you “ both of them did but never spoke to us at all . We had said hey & they just very very bland but spoke to the other people first it’s just really weird . Do better .

Wow! What an amazing establishment. I've always loved this place, but especially since the new management change that I noticed afew months ago, this place has flourished! I come to get a smoothie every day because they taste so good and the service is amazing. Today particularly, I was served by Alexis and Leilani, and I could not have had a better experience. They were helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Amazing smoothies and amazing staff. I will continue to come get smoothies and if you haven't tried it, you need to!!!!

Ngl, the smoothie is exactly on par. I don't like my drinks too sweet and this place has great balance. Workers greet you with a smile and it doesn't feel forced. A plus is that it's not humid like other smoothie or frozen dessert places ????

My experience at Planet Smoothie was exceptional. The smoothie I tried was bursting with flavor, and the service was friendly and attentive. I left feeling refreshed and eager to return. I am going to start coming every day for lunch because I like the staff and it tastes so good!
