Employees not knowledgeable about the menu or how to do substitutions. I ordered a Big Bang, which is a protein smoothie. I wanted to substitute the whey protein for plant protein, which was listed as an option on the menu. She said it would be an upcharge of $1.75 for plant protein, which I thought was really high and didn't sound right. Amazing view when you exit with the smoothie or smoothys in your hand.

Careful on your sugar level, you might go visit the beautiful building across the street, only if you can afford the visit.

Wow! What an amazing establishment. I've always loved this place, but especially since the new management change that I noticed afew months ago, this place has flourished! I come to get a smoothie every day because they taste so good and the service is amazing. Today particularly, I was served by Alexis and Leilani, and I could not have had a better experience. They were helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Amazing smoothies and amazing staff. I will continue to come get smoothies...
