Everyone working here was very nice. The service was great.If your goal is to repel a vampire for a week, a meal here will do it for ya. Rolls and salad came with dinner. The rolls come out with massive chunks of Garlic on them, MASSIVE-see pic. I don't like garlic so I didn't eat the rolls. The salad is good, the dressing is bland but the salad has chick peas, beets, and lots of other good veggies. Our dinner portions were huge. Attached is a pic of the pasta sampler entree with meat sauce. Both our dishes also had a lot of garlic in the sauce. I feel like people use garlic to mask bad flavor or no flavor. I wish they'd use less garlic. I'll try another place next time I'm in the mood for Italian.

We have been coming here for years, but it's gone downhill. The servers and management have gotten terrible. They just stand around and gossip. They are rude to their customers. I even gave the girl a great tip, but after leaving, I wished I had left less. The rolls were dried out and hard. I think they pulled them from the trash. They had food pieces on them. The salad was soggy and old. The food was burnt. The last few times we came for birthdays the chicken was hard and like rubber. We came 45 minutes before closing because my son had a birthday and didn't get off at the church until later that night. The look on the employees' faces was like, "Why are you here. We have always came here for birthdays. I really think on a scale of one to 10. I would give them a minus 10. It was awful. It was just plain out disgusting. I'm really shocked it was that bad. We use to love this place. The other Provino in Kennesaw is excellent. The one in Snellville also a great restaurant. I've been told by other customers that they think Buford Provino is not good. We decided next Birthday we are not coming back to Buford. We are lucky we didn't get food poisoning.

My chicken was thin and overcooked and had two tiny slivers of eggplant on top for $21 I definitely expected something comparable to Olive garden considering how large of a group we brought in with us I definitely was hoping for more than what I got.
This location has never disappointed. The food was good, the service was on point, and the atmosphere was cozy but a little noisy as can be expected in any chain restaurant.
