We paid almost 100$ but it’s not worth the food we get the burgers was ok but the 2 orders of the Chicken wings was too bad it was chewy and no flavour and even the chips came with it was cold, We used to eat their weekly, but after this, we will not coming back

Should have left at the (very late) greet. We were ignored for about 5 minutes upon arrival while a to go order was apparently being salvaged. They were not very busy, either. No server until several minutes after we were seated, no napkins until I asked for them after waiting nearly 10 minutes after food arrived, credit card machine was linked to a different table, generally poor service this night overall. Typical saturday trying to get food with family, we go in they told us 20 min wait, 25 min hit and nobody let is know a table is ready, but they said they are cleaning tables, nobody was doing anything. Get some people who know how to move their rear ends and not talking among themselves.....do not go to this one unless you like waiting 5 years for a table

It was ok. A mess of tables available and we got seated next to the noisy kitchen on a Friday afternoon. Had a 4 different people wait on our table because our first waitress was covering the bar as well. At a certain point, frustration won over and had to go to the bar to ask for another round. Chips were soggy and food was just ok. Got a Donatos pizza for an appetizer. It was burnt. No wow factor on the whole meal. Not the best experience but not the worst. Tipped out of social obligation but don't feel I really got my money's worth on an almost hundred dollar tab.

We were in line to get our name taken and between the two girls taking names one was prioritizing the phone calls instead of people standing in front of her and the other completely skipped over us. They ended up helping 4 different groups of people seating two groups prior to simply adding our names to the list. Decided to leave because I didn’t want to have the same service in the dining area.

Burgers were perfect, steak fries were perfect, good service. Lovely experience.
Never been to Red Robin before, but this was definitely a good first impression. Food was a bit pricey but overall I had a good experience. The burger was delicious and my favorite thing about RR is the "bottomless" feature and being able to order more food. They definitely make sure you never leave hungry. Service was quick and friendly too.
