Really fun place. I'm generally not a fan of eating sushi this way but was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the options available in the kiosk every table gets. Decor is fun, options on the belt are good, and they have a good number of additional apps like calamari, mussels, fried oysters, etc.

Medicore sushi and too much rice in nigiri. Roll is fine. Although it is AYCE, there are lots of additional cost for food. It is reasonable to pay extra for sashimi, but not for udon and desssert. I would recommend it if you want to experience what revolving sushi is, but if you want to enjoy various food, I would not.

Nothing special. Sushi is more room temperature. The girl only came by like 3 times. To sit you, your drinks and then for the check.

Been here so many times. Food is pretty good, service is pretty good usually, however..... they could spend more effort on cleanliness. Tables, revolving area, monitors (where food is ordered from, the delivering tray and many other things need a good wipe down!!! Please wipe!!!

The best revolving sushi restaurant I've been to. Usually revolving sushi is more of a novelty with low quality terrible sushi, but Revolving Sushi Factory was something else! All the different sushi tasted great and clean. The lunch AYCE price is a steal! My family and I would go at least twice a month.
The staff is super friendly and fast. The interior is well decorated and clean.
If you go for their dinner AYCE, there's too much stuff to try that I never get to try everything I want before getting too full.

The whole experience was underwhelming.

The sushi seems more like americanized versions than traditional sushi. The rice of the sushi was honestly flavorless. The shrimp was tough and seemed to have been in the freezer too long. The salmon was tasteless & slimy, and the sauce didnt do it any favors. However I will say the sushi with mango on it with avocado and cream cheese I believe was an interesting choice. That one was something really new and didnt taste bad.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was interesting I guess...to me personally it felt less inviting. Maybe it was lighting 🤔

On the other hand the service was quick. Those we interacted with were kind and courteous.

Honestly the biggest highlight was just seeing how the food was delivered on a little train. That was cute.

The foods and their service are good. I have been there twice and will visit again.

came here with my boyfriend and they didn’t greet us upon arrival. both ladies at the front looked at us and proceeded to do whatever they were doing. a simple “hello, just one second” could have been nice.
