Riverside Pizza

Great customer service from start to pick up. I do wish that they had online ordering option but it was no big deal the customer service was really great. I ordered the garlic cheese bread with beef (he did not skimp on the meat). 😋. It was made to perfection whoever prepared my order did not disappoint! Order time was exactly as promised. The establishment was not the prettiest inside however it was clean! Most definitely will be a returning customer.

I called the store 11 times today place an order before we get there and they never answered

they closed 1h 30mins early, they said there boss told them to close early, they refused to answer there phones to tell people that they were closed so ending up driving down there since i had know they closed at 10, then then i said would of been nice to tell me that you were closing early when i called instead of ignoring the phone entirely i order here regularly guess won’t be anymore

they said they were closing because was lack of business but was turning away business

We ordered wings from next door at WNB to sit and eat because there's no real seating here, but the pizza was delicious!

If I could give a 0 on all categories, I would. They charged my cousin and I twice. When I said something about the double charge to them, they got a bad attitude. They finally voided the double charge, but not before they were incredibly rude. They have horrible customer service and we will not be back. They were also male chauvinistic because they said my cousin was being a “difficult woman”. When we got home and started to eat our food, it was just as horrible as their customer service. The ranch is disgusting and their chicken was undercooked. The pizza is better ANYWHERE else. DO NOT GO HERE!

My daughter just picked up a pizza and breadsticks. We would have had a much better experience if we cooked a generic frozen pizza from the grocery store. It was burnt and had absolutely no taste. I am not sure how the breadsticks tasted because they were hard as a rock and inedible.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would most certainly give them 0. They were extremely rude over the phone when my mom was asking a simple question regarding being double charged because they have no clue what they are doing when dealing with a DoorDash pickup. The male employee on the phone said that my mom was being a “difficult woman” when she called for a second time because he hung up on her the first time! The food is not even worth the cheap price it already is. Do not give this place business, seriously.

Friendly and big portions

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience has made my blood boil. My husband called in a takeout order for a cheese pizza with pineapple. When we brought the pizza home, we were halfway through eating it when we noticed a piece of meat on one of the slices. We were shocked, as we never ordered anything with meat.

I immediately called the location to explain the situation, and Frank, the employee who answered, claimed that he had just made the pizza and insisted there was no way there could be meat on it. When I explained that there clearly was, his response was to scoff and suggest we simply "take the piece off." I then informed him that I am allergic to meat and cannot just remove it and still eat the pizza. Instead of offering an apology, he rudely asked, "What do you want me to do about it?"

I understand mistakes happen, and that’s okay, but his complete lack of accountability and rude attitude was infuriating. All I wanted was a sincere apology and a sign that they would be more careful in the future. Instead, I was met with entitlement and disrespect.

This is not the first bad experience we’ve had at this location, but it will certainly be the last. The service here has been consistently poor, and this incident was the final straw. We will never be back.

Can’t beat a large cheese or pepperoni pizza for $8. Will it always be cut well or toppings distributed evenly? Half the time no but it’s $8 and tastes the same every time so I can’t complain. God bless cheap, decent, fast pizza.
