Riverside Pizza

This place is always fantastic. Best Pizza around and lowest prices with fastest turn around time, takes maybe 10 minutes so I order then walk to Publix to get groceries and pizza is ready when I get done. I highly recommend!

Terrible experience with this location.

I came in and ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, paid, left, and drove 30 minutes home. When I got there, I discovered that I’d been given two cheese pizzas instead.

I immediately called the store to try and find a reasonable solution—I didn’t want to spend another hour of my time fixing their mistake. Instead of taking accountability, the employee told me I had ordered incorrectly and that there was nothing they could do. No offer to remake the pizzas for later, no refund, not even an apology.

They essentially blamed me for their error and said, “tough luck.”

Take a second and think: is it really more likely that I somehow don’t know how to order two pepperoni pizzas, or that the person taking my order misheard me? I know exactly what I ordered—and even if I had somehow made a mistake, that is not how a business should handle the situation. The call ended with a sarcastic “have a great day” before they hung up on me.

Because of how dismissive they were, I ended up wasting an hour of my day fixing their mistake anyway. I drove another 30 minutes back to the store, walked in with the untouched order and receipt, and asked for a refund.

Patricia, who I assume was the manager on duty, immediately told me, “We are not doing this.” I repeated that I wanted my money back because this was not what I ordered and I didn’t want it. She then made a snide remark about it taking me only 30 minutes to get there when I had said an hour on the phone. Maybe if she’d used some common sense, she would have realized that 30 minutes each way is, in fact, an hour.

I returned with the food, calmly requested a refund, and she chose to turn it into a spectacle with her unprofessional comments.

Yes, I was frustrated—and anyone would be—but I kept my composure until she started making unnecessary remarks. I firmly, but calmly, told them I just wanted my money back.

Instead of immediately correcting their mistake, apologizing, and refunding me, it took the situation escalating before another employee (who had initially entered the order wrong) finally voided the transaction.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Great customer service very polite I never have to wait long even when I don’t call in before I really enjoy the food. Hamilton Mill riverside pizza keep up the good work

Naz was so kind. Food was great! We left something there and they stayed 15 minutes after closing for us to pick it up. Great place.

Yup, didnt even wash hands before making our pizza and wore no gloves either this happened right after we finished paying for our pizza. $13.77 to 🗑.

Great customer service from start to pick up. I do wish that they had online ordering option but it was no big deal the customer service was really great. I ordered the garlic cheese bread with beef (he did not skimp on the meat). 😋. It was made to perfection whoever prepared my order did not disappoint! Order time was exactly as promised. The establishment was not the prettiest inside however it was clean! Most definitely will be a returning customer.

I called the store 11 times today place an order before we get there and they never answered

they closed 1h 30mins early, they said there boss told them to close early, they refused to answer there phones to tell people that they were closed so ending up driving down there since i had know they closed at 10, then then i said would of been nice to tell me that you were closing early when i called instead of ignoring the phone entirely i order here regularly guess won’t be anymore

they said they were closing because was lack of business but was turning away business

We ordered wings from next door at WNB to sit and eat because there's no real seating here, but the pizza was delicious!

If I could give a 0 on all categories, I would. They charged my cousin and I twice. When I said something about the double charge to them, they got a bad attitude. They finally voided the double charge, but not before they were incredibly rude. They have horrible customer service and we will not be back. They were also male chauvinistic because they said my cousin was being a “difficult woman”. When we got home and started to eat our food, it was just as horrible as their customer service. The ranch is disgusting and their chicken was undercooked. The pizza is better ANYWHERE else. DO NOT GO HERE!

My daughter just picked up a pizza and breadsticks. We would have had a much better experience if we cooked a generic frozen pizza from the grocery store. It was burnt and had absolutely no taste. I am not sure how the breadsticks tasted because they were hard as a rock and inedible.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would most certainly give them 0. They were extremely rude over the phone when my mom was asking a simple question regarding being double charged because they have no clue what they are doing when dealing with a DoorDash pickup. The male employee on the phone said that my mom was being a “difficult woman” when she called for a second time because he hung up on her the first time! The food is not even worth the cheap price it already is. Do not give this place business, seriously.

It's good pizza at a good price.
