My son got food poison at this place . He was very sick 1 hour after he had lunch at this place and I need to take him to emergency right away! I tried to talk to menager on duty but she had all kind excuses that no one else got sick that day. I would not recommend this place .

When we pulled up around 1:00 on Saturday I was skeptical because the parking lot was pretty empty. Decided to go in anyway.. ordered the crablegs and my friend ordered the shrimp and lobster. The meals were delivered to our table in huge round metal pans with the food in a large plastic bag.. sounds crazy but it was a fun delivery! The seafood was great and the sauce was sooooo flavorful. Overall it was a great experience. Will visit again.

Food is good but pricy. Hard to say how it compares tonothers but i feel the other local places are a bit fresher.the waiter didn't check on us much. We had to ask him for a water refill once. And had to chase him down to pay after we saw them on their phone. And for 80% of our time, we were the only customers in our entire wing. I think he was a bartender normally and was being forced to wait tables during daylight hours.Also the music sucked and was too loud.

The food is great (we have tried different things) and prices are very reasonable. My husband and I have eaten here several times and we have never had a bad experience. The crab legs and shrimp are larger than regular chain restaurants. If you order boiled seafood items and don't want the seasoning on your hands, you can order your items steamed and get the seasoning on the side (I do). Next visit, I'll take pictures to add to my review.

We arrived at the parking lot of the Rockin Crab in Buford and there were 2 cars in the lot so we thought it might be closed. We saw the open sign lighted up so we went in. This was a Tuesday at 7:00 pm dinner time and there were zero customers in the restaurant. We quickly found out why. I ordered the shrimp basket. The shrimp were over cooked, flavorless and greasy. The Cajun fries were soggy and cold. My wife ordered the boiled seafood with rocking sauce. She also said it was flavorless and not spicy. My son got the chicken tenders and fries. He ate half the chicken and two of the fries. How can a restaurant serve food this bad? I will never go here again and I give them 3 months to close their doors
This is a great location it’s directly by the mall. Our server Dennis was great and very attentive to our needs. The food was good a little bit on the salty side but not bad. I would come here again for the happy hour special from 3-6 PM

They no longer have a DJ on Saturdays. The only reason we visited is because someone told us they had a pretty good DJ and the environment was upbeat. That’s no longer the case. We were told that unfortunately the restaurant received too many complaints and no longer has a DJ. The place was practically empty on both sides.The employees were lovely and friendly! Their service was pretty good, and the drinks were alright also.The food was just okay. The fried rice was not very tasty, my Dungeness crab and shrimp were over cooked/tough, and one piece of my corn was undercooked.Very few people visited while we were there, which was around 7:30pm. When we left about an hour later the parking lot was still practically empty.

Finally went here for a lunch break so it wasn't busy. The food was seasoned right and the service was awesome. I don't even eat crab legs but when I tasted them here they were delicious. I asked the bartender/waitress if the drinks were worth it and she did not disappoint. The prices are reasonable for a lot of food.

Server needs training. Long hair should be pulled back and wear a hair net when serving food. He brought the food to the table with his thumb inside the bowl. Hair was in my boil. I was too disgusted to complain. Sauce was bland. It does not taste like other Rockin Crab locations. Smelled like bad seafood when entering the lobby. That should have been the sign to leave.

This was my second time here customer service was good, the server we had was very fast. Besides that I must say I was very disappointed. Down from the rum punch I ordered and the shrimp basket was a one out of ten. I’ll never come back and eat here again. I honestly felt like the shrimp was mostly coated in batter to make it appear as if the shrimp itself was big but it wasn’t! It also was very oily. I had the worst stomach ache later on that night. NEVER AGAIN ?
