They got us in and out. Yes we were those customers sadly, who came in right before closing and Malik made sure we were taken care of and gave us an experience as if it was opening. The hostess was very kind as well. The food was good. Thank you very much!

There is a sign on the door saying this location is closed and that sucks for two reasons. 1- I just got a birthday gift card to this place and 2- they have jokes with the sign saying “find the nearest location” knowing good and well this was the last MG in the entire state. The next closest one is all the way in FL. Plus there is a UHaul pulled up to the back door and this location has been removed from the MG site so I’m pretty sure this one is closed for good.

We were given gift cards and took our elderly parents to lunch. We used to love Macaroni Grill, but it was quickly apparent that thus restaurant wasn't the same place we remembered. The waitress was blasé, the booth was sticky and things were just dirty and run down. The bread with olive oil was delicious, but our entrées were disappointing. The chicken masala was good, but comes with no vegetable. The parmesan crusted chicken salad came with the over-cooked chicken patty cut up in small pieces on the salad. The parmesan crusted chicken sandwich came with a mountain of fries and was good. The food and staff seemed to lack energy.
We used to love this place. Now its pretty bad. The floor was sticky through the whole restaurant, like you walked in bubblegum. They forgot my son's order and when it came out it was so hot it made him sick. We had to leave without finishing our meals. Very disappointing.

We love macaroni grille but I called 40 minutes before the close to place a to-go order and the girl that answered said “our kitchen is starting to close”. I responded ok great, I’d like to place an order now before they close. She says, “no like they literally just started pulling everything out.” Me - “so you won’t take my order because they’re STARTING to close the kitchen” her - “yes”.
Never in my life have I experienced that. I will go to provinos going forward.
