I have been doing to this particular Saigon Cafe for about 7 years. The consistent food, atmosphere and service has kept me coming back. My kids ask for it regularly and we drive about 30 mins (passing other similar places) because I have yet to be let down.
The food is very good. The best thing to get is the Pho.They also have many other items and they have the best fried rice ever. The service is kind but there is one woman that always forgets something about our order.the atmosphere is peaceful and calm.
Best resturant if you love sesame chicken and pho
They are horrible restaurant.
Delicious
Came here for lunch with the husband after a shopping trip. It was good. Customer service was exceptional. The lady who took our order was very attentive and accommodated our needs. Another lady packed our leftovers to-go - not many places do this anymore.
Hubby got the rice plate with meat only. I got the same plate with everything on it. It was good but not enough fresh veggies as advertised on the menu. Just one slice of tomato… not even the juicy part of the tomato but the end part. Other places I’ve been to provide more fresh veggies. Besides that, the grilled meat was good and fish sauce was balanced. My husband also got their seafood coconut(?) soup. It was good as well.
Overall we enjoyed the ambiance, service, and food.
I’ve been here several times and the food is always amazing. And the staff is always great. This time we were rushed for half of the meal. We came in around 40 minutes before closing. And during the end part of the meal when Togo orders were still coming to pick up. They started clearing our food without asking and without being finished. Then we were finishing our appetizer and as we were dipping our food into the sauce the waitress comes and tries to grab the plate from us (while we were literally dipping the food). It was very shocking and rude.
Haven’t been here in over a year. Still the best pho in town! Staff was so sweet on a random Tuesday night. Service is quick and food is delicious!!

This pace hits the spot when I need to satisfy my pho or rice plate cravings. On the top of that the staff/servers are always on top of it.

Went on a business trip with my coworker. Neither one of us had ever eaten Vietnamese cuisine before, and the staff were so helpful. The food was delicious and the service was the best

Worst experience I've ever had dining out waiter completely forgot that me and my family ordered food and then 30 minutes later brought out only half of what we ordered , then never heard from our waiter again. I requested to speak to a manager at which they declined for a manager to speak to me. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years even after you guys failed your health inspection. Save your self some time there are plenty of other good pho places and this one isn't it.

Food -
A1 Cha Gio (shrimp and pork spring roll)
The spring roll was fresh tasting.
Medium pho (rare eye round steak + fatty brisket) plus extra rare eye.
I would say that this is my favorite pho on this side of Atlanta. They have me plenty of cilantro and basil leaves, which is one of my complaints for other Vietnamese restaurants. I couldn't finish this, but it was so good.
Milk Tea with brown sugar tapioca.
The tea seemed to be watered down and didn't taste that great. Tapioca, though, was good.
