I have visited this restaurant for more than 7 years. The service and food is excellent. The price of lunch is the best. My family and I love going, especially when Dany Del Cid cooks for us.

MAGGOT INFESTED!!!!!! My daughter had maggots inside of her cup of soda. Server became angry at us, refused to get the manager, lied saying she was the manager, then snatched the paper to discard the disgusting bugs before showing management. When we finally got management, she was no better than the server.

Your establishment is filthy and disgusting, and staff + management grossly negligent. You should be ashamed and embarrassed of your behavior towards customers.

Upon entering the restaurant, there were no people there which already seemed like a red flag. Giving the benefit of the doubt— my group stayed to try their food. As soon as our orders were placed, we were rushed out with boxes and desserts already served alongside the meal (expecting us to pack up as if we were about to go on a hike). Over priced for the food and bad service overall.

Get steak fried rice without veggies or onions and steak medium with egg fried rice. Always delicious usually cost 22 to get picked up or delivered

The sushi chef was awesome and the food was good .. The older lady that gets your drinks and menus is the reason I gave it 1star . She over charged me by 40+dollars. A table with two people and she thought she deserved a $26 tip . I've eaten at this shogun for 14yrs and I now see where I've been ripped off many times ..

It has been a long time since I've been here.
Food was surprisingly good. Service was bit slow due to understaffed, but they were trying. Place need some love and care. Really outdated. Other than the food, it needs some improvement.

The Hibachi Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. I had almost talked myself out of trying this place because of the luke warm reviews from others. I'm so glad that I didn't change my mind. It was so very good. We met some great people at our table too.
