Wedding is this Saturday. We were just notified that the baker who took our order is no longer there and they probably cannot fulfill our order ?. There are small cakes everywhere. I don't understand why they didn't bring a baker from another location to complete our order. Do you know how hard it is to order a cake for a wedding in 6 days.

I’m very upset. I frequent this particular location on a weekly basis, sometimes twice a week. Especially on Saturdays because they have the strawberry cupcakes and the icing is too die for! Well today I visited the location and the girl behind the corner assisted me ( black girl) no I’m not racial for I am black but I asked her could I have more icing because the icings was not evenly spreaded across the top. She said so rudely I don’t think I can do that instead of asking. I called the store and spoke with Ashley who stated they are allowed to add more icing which I know because I get icing added all the time with no issue. This young lady needs to be retrained and also needs customer service skills.

To the two women working on the morning of 9/7/2024.. God bless yall. They were willing to fulfill my order at this location even though I placed it at the snellville location. I drove there by mistake and didnt want to trouble anyone but they were willing to fulfill it there to save me the trouble. 10/10 customer service. Oh and the cupcakes are great.

Love this place. I got the Smachcake. A confetti cupcake split in two with birthday cake ice cream in the middle. It's delicious!! There are some great cupcake options. Can't wait to visit again. I wish there were more seating. Some tables out front would be nice.

Nichole was so sweet to replace our scoop cups , me and my husband felt the scoop was a bit small and was so kind to make us an entirely new one ! She was very sweet about it and the scoop cups were amazing ! Thank you Nichole !

This place has some good cupcake but at $4 each some aren't worth that to me. The infused ones, lemon drop and caramel crunch are a must try. The strawberry taste like an ordinary box cupcake to me but hey you might like it. All in all it's worth a try for some good cupcakes.
