Great service, good to great food and a busy-under-control atmosphere. Always good to have a reservation. Let me tell 'ya brothers 'n sisters, there SHOULD BE ONE OF THESE IN OUR CLOSE LOCALITY. We hit some high places and others on our Sunday Brunch research, this is one of the better places we visit. We have been to a couple locations with great to greater results every time. This location is near the Mall of Georgia, pretty close in real terms. The DO have reservations, so it makes it a pleasure to go, to be seated quickly and have good service, a full bar and a competent kitchen staff.. This time our waitress was Kashmir and she was the best. We also had a Chance to talk to the AG (Assistant Goddess) Pam, she remembered us from our past visit-months ago, and was both cordial and helpful. We DO NOT forget good staff. The food was all on point, my Avocado Eggs Benedict was terrific with a good amount of Cheesy Hollandaise sauce and perfect poached eggs. Deanne's omelette was terrific, so was her pancake --she said. Bill's Crab-Cake Eggs Benedict was just right. The coffee's were great, and the brunch cocktails were some of the best we encounter on our weekly brunch-hunt.. Kudos to you and your staff, Snooze.....

This was my first time eating here. It's Friday morning, early. There was not much of a crowd. I was greeted at the door by two happy, smiling, and friendly hostesses and shown to a table. Great start!
Cashmere, my server, greated me, asked if it was my first time in, asked about food allergies and, because it was my first time, gave me a fantastic rundown of the restaurant's concept and mission. I had some coffee while I looked over the menu.

I settled on the protein trio omelet with a side of avocado and an English muffin. The food was brought out promptly. It was hot, well presented, and delicious.

The setting here is bright, vibrant, and inviting. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food! Poor time management!

Plan to join the waitlist, because this place is PACKED. And if you’re gonna be LATE for your arrival time—your reservation goes out the window. A line easily forms inside, so be prepared to wait OUTSIDE if there’s a long wait.

We were told 20-30 min wait, and that we would get a text when our table was ready. After 35 min, NO TEXT and we had to keep asking the host until we finally got seated (40 min later).

We were finally seated, and got our menus, but the server said “I’ll be right back.” So after 5+minutes, we finally got our drink order in. 10 minutes later, we got our DRINKS. Then, our server walked away again. Another 10 minutes passed before our FOOD ORDER was FINALLY taken.

Our food then arrived, 25-30 minutes later. All in all, there needs to be more staff or better time management. You would think the reservation would help them manage better, but I would have had BETTER SERVICE at a place like IHOP.

The food was amazing, and I’m sure it always is. Although there needs to be PICTURES in the MENU. But I do love the vegan options, and there are so many creative and unique plates for breakfast lovers.

However, based on how many times we had to wait MORE for the seating, the drinks, and the food, I wouldn’t go again anytime soon.

I recently visited Snooze an A.M. Eatery in Buford, and it’s hands-down the best breakfast spot I’ve found. As someone who cooks often, I’m usually picky about dining out, but Snooze truly exceeded my expectations. Evelyn, our server, went above and beyond for us. When a friend’s dish wasn’t as hot as he’d like, she noticed his hesitation and had it remade without us even asking. Her attentiveness and genuine care were impressive. And the food—especially the pineapple upside-down pancakes—was absolutely delicious. Every bite, even down to the hot chocolate and water, was exceptional. I’ll definitely be bringing my family here. Highly recommend Snooze for its outstanding food and exceptional service!

Service was super great and has a great environment overall! Pancakes were good but hash browns were a bit salty. Loved the sausage links and eggs. They have great options on drinks and a range of menu items! Pretty good overall!

My husband and I have been talking about coming here for ages, and I'm happy to report it was well worth it! The atmosphere was great for a Saturday morning family breakfast, and our server was fantastic! The food was delicious, and we will definitely be back again. I also love that they proudly support the LGBTQ+ community.

Update: We loved it so much last week that we came back again and tried different meals. I have a severe onion allergy, but the chef didn't let that stop them from making me the most delicious shrimp and grits I've ever had. I've been to so many places who refuse to make it to accommodate my allergy, so I am grateful that the Snooze chef was willing. I also tried the Pumpkin latte and it was so tasty. My husband got the spud deluxe and the bacon but different. So so good!

Dietary restrictions: While we don't have dietary restrictions, there are spots on the menu that encourage those who do to let the staff know.

I wish I could give 10 stars. We drove 45 minutes to have brunch here for my friend’s birthday and it was well worth the drive. The food was delicious. Try the strawberry shortcake pancake, ooh and try the crab omelette, ooh and try those hash browns wit that special “ketchup” ooh and even the lemonade was HIM!! ??. The service was unmatched….from Ashley, the manager to Jamie and Makayla two servers that helped us. We felt welcomed and we felt valued. The restaurant is one of the cleanest I’ve been in in a while. Don’t Snooze on snooze yall I’m tellin ya!!!!
