My husband's honey mustard for his fries and my son's Sprite refill at the beginning of the meal didn't show up until they were done eating. My salad was made incorrectly twice and then they implied that it's because of the way I ordered it when I literally just swapped corn for hard boiled egg on the barbecue salad. My son's hot dog was overdone and the bun was too hard to eat and his macaroni and cheese looked as if it had been sitting out on a counter all day. Husband's fries were hard. I'd let you know how my salad was but time they've made it incorrectly the second time, the rest of my family is already done eating so we just left

Family dinner. Great time and good food. There was 7 of us and the service was pleasant. She seemed kinda new but knew her stuff. Our meal was correct and the kids were happy, so we were happy! My son had the loaded tots and he devoured them. He had brisket on them and loved it.

Today...takeout St. Louis Ribs dinner totally disgusting. Ribs/fries/corn bread tasted nasty, too salty and stale! To pay $24 plus a tip at the drive thru is totally not worth it! Long time Sonny's customer is forever GONE!

In the past 30 years, I have eaten at Sonny's BBQ throughout Florida and Georgia, and even as far as Baton Rouge, Louisiana. And in that 30 years, I have never eaten at a Sonny's As good as the one in Buford, Georgia. I drove over 50 miles to eat here this morning, it is the second time I've eaten at this location, And they did not disappoint. Their Ribs are fall-off-the-bone and they are the best that I have ever had. This location is the best Sonny's of them all. The Server, Hailey was a 10 out of 10. Lastly, there is a Famous guy named Dave in the Northeast, he can't hold a Candle to Sonny.
Had the smoked chicken. It was great ( white meat ) the dark was still fatty. It had not rendered out. Sides were very good slaw and baked potato. Garlic toast was awesome.
