Garbage store and service. I tell them about coffees they got wrong and they refuse to remake it bc they asked for a receipt THEY NEVER GAVE ME. No wonder no one goes to Starbucks anymore. This particular one is TRASH. Don’t go here.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, the girl who serves the drinks is so rude, I just asked for water and she made me wait 10 minutes just to say that she would not give me a water unless I ordered something, I’m not coming back, worst service

I’m so sorry we had an emergency and the manager decided to berate my husband about it not being the “time and place” for Aaron to cancel his order in front of clients and staff. An order that wasn’t even started on. I assume he expected a negative response but luckily unlike him my husband has no need to try and publicly humiliate anyone. We’ll skip this location next time.

I saw a huge line and decided to order through the mobile app, I got out at last all those who where in line ordering in store got their drink before me.

I was ordering a drink to pick up and when I was walking to this Starbucks, I glanced at the location I was ordering from and read “…first floor mall of GA Starbucks” so I assumed it was the correct one but when I got there and waited a while I double checked on my phone and reread the location and saw it said “Macys first floor mall”. So I kindly told the worker what happened, and asked what I should do, and she told me she would ask her manager. A few minutes later the worker walks back to me but the manager lady pops her head from the back room yelling at the worker loud enough for everyone to hear saying “JUST BC SHE ORDERED WRONG LOCATION DOESNT MEAN WE GON’ REMAKE IT FOR HER HER, WE DONT GET NO MONEY FROM THEM”. I was so appalled that she would speak to the worker like that. There’s ways to communicate without coming off so rude and disrespectful. I’m not asking for a free drink, I’m just wondering how to proceed with refund etc.. the worker told me I have to go through the app which is fine, I know it’s my mistake. However the manager really could have just said “Hey unfortunately there’s nothing we can do on our end, and we don’t get any money from that location so you would have to get a refund via the app”. I feel like customer service now a days is just so on edge, where is human decency. It’s honestly less energy output to be kind than to be mean. Visited 10/27/24 Sunday around 2pm.

When we went up to take our order, we asked for peach juice as a substitute for lemonade and the man taking our order took a step back and with a rude look said, “That’s odd.” And when we asked for extra caramel on our Frappuccino he looked at us like we were aliens. When we ordered the last drink, which was a skinny vanilla latte iced with whole milk, he would not stop talking about how the drink was supposed to be skin milk and it took a while before he gave in and ordered the drink. Also, when he wouldn’t take our order because apparently it wasn’t “skinny” he was being very rude and stand offish. After that whole ordeal, the last drink in our order came out wrong. But we eventually got the right order and besides that the rest of the workers were friendly.

I like to say a big thank you to a young lady, I hope I got her name right Tanisha. I had an online order that was wrong. A iced americano with a splash of cream. The barista put way too much cream. I went in the next day to get a new one and the young lady was so nice and understanding. She made my coffee herself. She really made my day for being so nice, so thank you ?

Disappointed. I asked for a freshly brewed coffee .The barista said to wait for 5 mins and I was okay with that. In the next minute-I was given a lukewarm ‘old’ brewed coffee.I have never experienced a ‘lazier’ Starbucks..very disappointed.

Very rude, I wanted a cup of water that I ordered before they were closing and never got it and got ignored when I went to ask for it. Very dirty place, no gloves and they say they don’t have an Ingredient and then someone else will walk out of there with it. Very unfriendly environment.

I love the coffee, and I love the people, but I am so tired of the lid falling off. This time it happened in my car, and coffee got EVERYWHERE, especially all over my lap (which burns). Dont know about you guys, but in my opinion a lid is supposed to prevent this.
