I walked in this morning and was greeted with large smiles by Kenny and Deidre. Their customer service is phenomenal and the food and drink I received was definitely made with love. THANK YOU Kenny and Deidre for being joyful and spreading positivity and good vibes, may the Lord continue to bless you both! :)

There weren't many people but my sister had to wait 23 minutes for a drink. I don't know how such baristas can work because people who came later got their drinks before my sister

I visit Starbucks anywhere from 4-6 times a month and I was denied a cup of water here at this location in Buford, Georgia. That was extremely disappointing, I even showed her my transactions and that’s not the ones I forget to scan, my last visit was yesterday July 1.

Apparently they are making anybody a store manager these days. The store manager Deidre Ritter is extremely unprofessional and has no understanding of customer service. She was asked to make a drink and after making it and ringing it improperly she decided to begrudgingly remake the drink and made a mess all around the cup in the process. She slammed items and rolled her eyes. To be upset about having to fix a mistake you made is quite ridiculous. Starbucks is too pricey for nonsense and rude customer service such as this.

I was disappointed to learn that you can no longer get a free cup of water.. lived in Florida for years and could always get a cup of water... unhappy customer

Extremely unhygienic experience. I visited this Starbucks on June 25 around 6 PM and saw bugs crawling inside the bakery display, on top of croissants and other desserts. I have videos and photos to prove it. This is unacceptable at any food-serving place. I’ve reported it to mall management and the health department. Be cautious if you’re planning to buy anything from the bakery section.
nice baristas and quick service! came on a tuesday when they weren’t as busy and was welcomed in and my drink was made as soon as i finished ordering.

Garbage store and service. I tell them about coffees they got wrong and they refuse to remake it bc they asked for a receipt THEY NEVER GAVE ME. No wonder no one goes to Starbucks anymore. This particular one is TRASH. Don’t go here.

So slow, it will be the next morning before you ever get your coffee. Also, by then they would have made it wrong.
I’m so sorry we had an emergency and the manager decided to berate my husband about it not being the “time and place” for Aaron to cancel his order in front of clients and staff. An order that wasn’t even started on. I assume he expected a negative response but luckily unlike him my husband has no need to try and publicly humiliate anyone. We’ll skip this location next time.
