We stop here regularly now. I miss my java chip frap but most of the others I have tried here have been well prepared and good. The service is always top tier which is why we always go back, really. It's your typical Sbux so it can be calm and kinda cozy or it can get hectic and busy.

Zero stars if that were an option. This was easily the worst coffee I’ve had at a Starbucks. The coffee tasted burnt and undrinkable, like it had been sitting far too long. Basic quality control was missing, and the staff didn’t seem properly trained. If you care about decent coffee, avoid this location

Worst Starbucks I've been to in my entire life. Staff not helpful and I waited literally over 20minutes and they had the nerve to try to give me a drink that had been sitting for a very long time! Never coming back here again!

I visited the Starbucks on Lanier Parkway on Veterans Day (11/11/25). I’m a regular customer at that location and went through the drive-thru to order my drink. When I showed my veteran ID for the Veterans Day offer, the barista told me I had the wrong size and that I would need to come back later for my free drink.

That was disappointing — especially on a day meant to honor veterans. There were many better ways that situation could have been handled. I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks and the service at most locations, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope your team can ensure all partners are trained to treat customers, especially veterans, with courtesy and appreciation.

I have lived by this location for years, and now that I have moved, I drive out of the way just to come back. They have always made my coffee just right, and I have had my some of favorite baristas come and go.

But I want to especially thank Abbi for making my day, not once but twice. When the protein coffees came out she was very kind while helping me understand all the nutrition information.

As a person with anxiety it isn’t always easy for me to just ask people questions but she was nice and patient with me. Then today a whole few weeks after that encounter when I came back in to ask another question (😅) she remembered me AND my order.

What’s not to like?
Great coffee.
Great people.

Picking up a DoorDash order. Order was ready on the counter for nearly 10 minutes. Employees walked back and forth not once making eye contact with me or acknowledging I was standing there. Eventually someone bagged it up while still carrying on a conversation with co workers

I do not live in this area but have occasional business here & ofttimes visit this location. This location is consistently good, amenable, professional. I happened to be there on my birthday, but had forgotten it till I saw it on my phone...I would receive a freebie. I needed to request an upgrade in size & they were still amenable. My only issue w/this location is traffic @ certain times of day. So take this into consideration. The staff is bright & pleasant.

Ordered a travelers box and when I came through the drive true, she said I needed to come in to get it. When I got in she handed it to me right away. I don’t understand what the difference was and why she couldn’t hand me the coffee box through a window.. Claudia was pretty rude. Its always something with this place. And always closing whenever they feel like, never respecting their advertised hours.
