I have visited here a bit and have met skyler either in drive thru or inside and i must say she is AMAZING! She’s always so kind to me and really just brightens my mood seeing her. She definitely looks like the hardest worker so hats off to her I hope they give her props too! She also makes my drink PERFECTLY i missed her when she was gone for a while.

The drive through is really slow at this location. I thought I could get through the drive through quick enough with 4 people in front of me. I wasn't watching the time but I listened to about 5 songs on the radio and started thinking that this drive through needed a restroom. When I got to the front they didn't apologize for the wait, which is fine but makes me think this was normal for this location. The drinks were ok but I don't think you can jump off the freeway and snag a quick drink here

This place is always really slow I've ordered online multiple times and will wait 10 more minutes after the time the app says it'll be ready and will still have to wait at the window 15+ more minutes for my order. Never bothered me too much til today when I received my drink (after waiting tons) and it definitely didn't look right. They want to practically toss your drink at you and close the window as quick as they can. When she finally opened up so I could tell her about my drink she says what else do yall want!?! I told her abt my drink really calmly and respectively and she replied with the nastiest "excuse me?" I told her again and she immediately walked away to get someone else. Didn't even say let me get someone or sorry or hold on.. anyway they came back with a different drink in like 4 seconds even though 4 shots take time to make. I'm not saying be the nicest but a little respectful would be nice.

When ever I come to this location they never smile or greet me. When a white person walks in they always stop what they are doing and come to the register. I'm always left waiting. This day when I came in, I said 'Hi how are you' without even a word. I then confronted him and said I just asked you how are you. 'No response' This place is the most miserable, racist Starbucks.
