Alexia took our order Black Friday morning (so you already know how crazy it was lol) and honestly… she’s the human equivalent of the perfect first sip of coffee. Sweet, warm, and somehow instantly personal. She made our whole morning with her energy and that gorgeous soul she carries around like it’s no big deal.

Thank you, Alexia, for being the kind of person who reminds strangers that the world still has a little magic left in it. 🥰

This Starbucks was great! The staff greet you, are friendly and attentive, and the service is prompt. The drinks were well made. The music was just a tad loud and the direct overhead lighting was off-putting, but not so much that I wanted you leave. Overall, this is a good location.

They don’t listen to the customers and what they want and then tell you that that’s what you ordered when you get the wrong order. went today and ordered an iced blonde latte with eight pumps of pecan syrup caramel drizzle and whipped cream with whole milk instead, they charged me for the promotional fall drink, but it comes with sweet cream cold foam and oat milk. Not at all what I wanted. So I received the promotional drink, but they put whipped cream on top of the vanilla cold foam.

Halic that works drove thru not good for customers with disabilities with speech horrible experience. Like I’m literally at the window and she can’t even understand I’m face to face explaining my order when I frequently visit this location and order over the monitor without a problem prior to her. She telling me to scream when clearly she ought to be able to see I’m explaining to her I have a speech disability and not able to do so. Although she was nice to my mom but I didn’t have the same experience with her and I’m sure other customers with speech difficulties won’t either. I don’t recommend this location if she is in the drive thru assisting customers the customer service component for me was not very good today otherwise I normally have had a great experience great food and drinks just didn’t appreciate the lack of empathy and compassion for someone like myself with a disability today my drink was also bitter doesn’t taste as good as normal just disgusted with my order flavor was bitter.

Love my local SB, but unfortunately I waited until I got to work to taste my drink and it was the WRONG drink, ick and ugh! However I did call as soon as I realized and they offered to make me the correct drink the next time I stop by! Go customer service, you rock!!

I purchased a Matcha before I go to work every morning and today they decided to rush, and because of this, my Matcha wasn’t mixed at all. It literally looks like wet cut up grass in a cup. And I would’ve gone back in, but I was on my way to work and I did not have the time to stop and tell someone how to make a drink properly. I did not end up drinking it and had to throw it out, which is a shame because the drink is LITERALLY $8 DOLLARS. And to add, my breakfast sandwich I ordered was cold.

Visited a Starbucks while in Medellin Colombia. I was unhappy that i didnt get points for my purchase nor could i use my Starbucks gift card. I should have been able to use my membership and gift card

Unfortunately, I didn't catch my barista's name, but I felt terrible for her, juggling drive-thru, mobile orders, and in-store sales alone, unlike her coworkers who were goofing off in the corner. Even with her doing all that she got my order made and correct!

This was my first time at this location. I placed my order in the app before I arrived. When I walked in I wasn't greeted like all the other locations I've frequent. I waited for more than 5 minutes before someone said anything to me. He asked my name then said there would be two orders in front of me. I wait another 15-20 minutes as he made at least 4 more orders (three for inside and one for the drive thru). Another staff person even asked what order I was waiting on because I was just standing there. I finally received my order and I commented on how it appeared to be more than 2 orders. Instead of apologizing for the wait he tried to tell me know it was just two like I didn't just watch him make all those different orders. Worst Starbucks I've been in to date.

Super slow and they almost never greet you as soon as you come to the window. They kinda just leave you hanging around until checkout. No ‘hello’ or anything at this place. Ever
