I walked here from my daughter's ballet class at 5pm on a Wednesday to get a chai tea, a treat, and to study in the cafe, only to find it was closed. My husband dropped me off so I was on foot, the drive-thru was not an option for me like the sign kindly offered.

I like consistency. I always get the same drinks and I like that they are made to the same standard. However, the cashier had so many piercings he looked like someone in a circus freak show, very off-putting.

Very professional bunch of barristas when we went there one weekday afternoon. Fast & efficient AND weren't to loud when the place got dead. So the few of us in there had a real peaceful time.
Vegetarian options: If you don't count eggs, they have great egg breakfast items, hummus lunchbox, other options I've seen.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of non- dairy & sweetener options.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of goodies for the kiddos & the vanilla frape is just a light, icy vanilla milkshake basically.
