Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing.
My wife ordered a bacon, gouda, and egg breakfast sandwich, but what she received, clearly labeled with her name, was just egg on a sandwich bun that was extremely hard and inedible. There was no bacon and no gouda.
This didn’t appear to be a mix-up with another order, which made it more frustrating. Mistakes do happen, but sending out a sandwich that’s missing key ingredients and served on stale bread suggests a breakdown in quality control.
Food quality matters, especially for something as simple as a breakfast sandwich. Customers shouldn’t have to question whether an order was prepared correctly before eating it.
I hope this location takes feedback like this seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve. With better attention to detail, this could have been a very different experience.

I was disappointed with this drink earlier this week. I always order this drink at Starbucks, and what really makes it good is the salted caramel cold foam. But today they made it poorly—there was only a little foam, and it wasn’t even foam at all. It was sweet instead of salty and full of bubbles.

The drinks are consistent for the most part but the staff is slow. I have purchased many a drink here. Most of the time it is on-line order. The problem is I normally have to wait to get my order even though I have ordered it 15-20 minutes in advance. Sometimes I walk in and my coffee is sitting on the machine and I have to ask for it. Hit and miss service and that’s too bad.

Now I really understand why the service quality has been going downhill after reading recent reviews. The guy, Will, clearly does not know how to properly make the Strawberry Cream Matcha Latte. There was no room left in the cup for the Strawberry Cream, and of course, he just threw a bit of cream on top as if that counted. I asked if he could add more or provide the cream on the side, and his response was, “No, We usually just throw away the extra cream.” Oh sorry I should've given instruction to make enough room for the cream. My bad!
Anyways this situation is completely different. I paid extra for that Strawberry Cream, and I absolutely did not receive what I paid for. His attitude and response made it even more frustrating. It felt like the responsibility was shifted to me instead of acknowledging the mistake.
Please make sure he receives proper training on both drink preparation and customer service again. Customers shouldn’t have to argue to simply receive what they paid for.

Please bring back the old crew. My coffee hasn't been right in a couple of weeks. Where's Carey at the window, wheres the African American guy from New York, I see the soft spoken African American female but she barely there. But bring them back. The coffee was perfect then. Lately my coffee is missing something, and I just dump it out.
Got a iced coffee, it didn’t taste how it usually does, had lots of milk, I go back in and nicely ask them to remake it, the man was super kind and told me they would, he goes to tell the barista, she gets a bit of an attitude and says it’s because I asked for light ice twice, I then said well can you still remake it please? you can put whatever amount of ice in it, she remakes it and it still doesn’t taste right. the pumpkin loaf was also left in the toaster for too long, I hate to say this, but if I were you I would go to a different location in the morning time:/.

Clean. Customer service is okay. Parking can sometimes be limited. Drive through available. Dine in or take out. Delivery service will have to go inside to pickup. Located slightly on a hill. Not far from the expressway 85N and 85S
