If you want to be ignored and wait an eternity, check out this location. I walked in and directly to the mobile order pickup counter, and then stood there for (no exaggeration) 10 minutes. I made eye contact with every employee that worked there, then was addressed once I walked to the other end of the counter. When I mentioned this to the barista, she said to walk down there when I come in. No apologies for the wait, no remaking drinks that sat for over 10 minutes, nothing but a poor attitude. Then, when I picked up and called the card for the manager, it's just the store number and she answered. She's not the manager listed on the card, so why is it looping to the store? Starbucks is consistently the worst, and these employees are the reason why. To stand there and watch me for ten minutes and say nothing while you gossip, and for this to be true if 3 employees, is straight up pathetic.
They try. Come with lots of patience, a good book & be willing to hang out to eat. Nice staff. Disconnected team and confusion. Breakfast sandwiches hot/good. Coffee was forgotten about, had to ask about the status but was good when made.
Was a good experienc3 and was about to tip but the young man was rude so I told him I was getting ready to tip you but nit anymore because you're rude. Will not go again unless I go inside. Maybe that experience will fare better. Who knows??? Only God knows!!!
Very nice and spaced out Starbucks. Perfect for those days where you don’t wanna work from home all day.
The coffee is always good and prepped correctly! They are also well stocked! I haven’t had any issues with unavailable items.

I love Starbucks, but I went to this location and they were busy doing catch up work which is completely necessary. I stood there and waited for over five mins which was perfectly fine. I didn’t say anything or give off any attitude, but then the girl there named Ezra was so nasty for no reason. She kept rolling her eyes and saying ok is that all before I even finished my sentence. I worked as a waitress forever and I get it but it was so unnecessary.
I come to this location often when I get off work. The young man, Noel, always remembers me and is always so kind to me. I just wanted to recognize him for his customer service. He is great!!
Stood in the pickup area for 10 minutes to pick up a delivery order with 3 employees not even acknowledging I was there.
Just got a coffee from their drive thru and lady gave my coffee top is half open. All coffee is on my sweatshirt right now. Thank you for messing up my day.
This is the new one. It's open later. It's well lit and convenient. The staff is very friendly.
Are they shrinking the drinks at Starbucks? Grande is like a half cup. Didn't honor coupon and was not friendly.

I come to this Starbucks every day and spend a lot of money here—at least $200 a month. Today, they messed up my drink, and when I politely pointed it out in the drive-thru, the white girl working there snatched it from me with an attitude. She looked at me with disgust and walked away without saying anything. No apology, no acknowledgment—just rudeness.
Then, when I waited for my corrected drink, the manager, Finn (the Hispanic woman), brought it out and turned her head away from me—no “thank you,” no “have a great day.” Just straight-up disrespect. So, I called out, “Excuse me, can I have a straw?” And she just gave me the straw at me in disgust. Absolutely unacceptable.
I always tip too, and the girl automatically pressed no tip for me like she knew she wasn’t getting a tip? Like what was that about.
I’ve complained about this location multiple times because they keep making my drinks wrong, yet I keep giving them my business because I love Starbucks. But the employees at this location are ruining it. They’re making it so bad that I don’t even want to come back.
The only good thing about this location? Will Smith and a few other employees who are actually kind, professional, and take pride in their work. But that rude white girl and the manager Finn? Oh, I’m livid. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service at a Starbucks before.
As a business owner myself, I know exactly how customer service is supposed to work—and this ain’t it. Count your days, Starbucks.
The only starbucks that is not consistent with the quality of the coffee.
I ordered a drink with plant-based milk. I did go inside but failed to make sure the barista used the correct milk. I only noticed whole milk on the counter but thought that maybe she put the plant-based milk back in the fridge. As I was drinking I noticed it tasted different but couldn’t put my finger on it. At 20 minutes later I was so sick. I wasn’t able to do anything.
I even tipped before I received my drink. I definitely will stop doing that. I saw she was busy & the only one making drinks but she still should have been reading the cup and paying attention.
Ive been here a few times but this experience deserves a review. Yesterday morning, (Jan. 18th) I think the guy who took my order and the guy at the window were two different people but both were above and beyond great! When placing my order i needed help finding the best drink option and he was so kind, fun, and helpful. He literally ended up helping me create the best drink I've ever had at SB. Then the guy at the window was just so nice, super engaging, and genuine. I was especially impressed at this entire experience. I hope these guys are there every time i go to this SB! Wish I knew their names!!!
