Excellent staff, shakes,and fries. The burgers were cooked well but the meat doesn't taste like a steak burger. Something has changed.

This place is disgusting. Floor sticky. Sour smell coming from drink station. Tables and seats not wiped. Ordering area is covered in grease on the counters and screens. If you cannot handle clean up close the doors do drive through. Gross. Just watched someone wipe the tables down all of them with a rag and no cleaner. 1 rag.

It was like the twilight zone... you order from a kiosk, get your food from a side counter , and put your trays and trash away, but leave the shake glasses on the table? There is no personal connection to steak n shake anymore. Sadly seem they are going to fade away to the ignorance of new age thinking. Bring back the waiters/waitresses and the connection to the people.

Hadn't been to ANY Steak 'n Shake in years! The food has definitely been upgraded! And this one had fast and friendly service!
Now that im used to the kiosk set up its gotten better for me. Food was good shakes are great. Its a lot more quite then it used to be.

I recently visited Steak ‘n Scam after hearing about their new beef tallow fries, and I was excited to try them out. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The portion size of the chicken fingers plate was extremely small—just three tiny chicken fingers and some fries—and it took about 20 minutes for the food to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The seasoning on the fries was good, but the soft drinks were disappointing; the Dr Pepper and Coca-Cola tasted watered down, and the self-serve machine was inconveniently locked, requiring a ticket scan to use. The tables were only semi-clean despite the restaurant being empty. Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming visit. Taking my business back to Chick-Fil-A

No one greeted us or even spoke to us until we were called to pick our food up from the counter. The staff member literally called the name, dropped the tray on the counter, and walked away. No cashier. Only kiosks for ordering. Women’s restroom was nasty - Two stalls; both clogged and unusable. Most of the tables and chairs/booths were dirty. Will not return.

The food isn’t the problem. It’s the service that’s an issue. When you hand things over out of the drive through and are politely asked for additional sauce/condiments and met with there’s sauce in your bag with an attitude with an immediate window shut and employee just walks away… 8:49pm this evening whoever the girl is at the window is rude and shouldn’t work in the service industry. If asking for one additional ketchup packet is a trigger… do better and provide better service. It’s not going to kill you to provide good service or additional condiments.
