Haven’t been to this one in a long time because they were always out of items. Gave it another try today and out of ham and pickles. Not to mention they don’t take local coupons but for certain sandwich’s. I will drive way out if my way to the one off winder hwy near Kroger. Always fresh sandwiches and never out of items for their sandwiches.

We love coming here after church. The service is always quick and courteous. The app is easy to order and food is ready for pickup when we show up. The ingredients are fresh, delicious and decent portions.

This is one of the only subways have ever seen where the lady that was making the food kept wiping everything down and keeping everything clean. Also she made my food perfect for my son and I.

I had drove 2 hours to take my dog to one of the best veterinarians in the area. I saw there was a Subway in the shopping center we were very hungry and I decided to go in and order a couple of sandwiches. I have not been to Subway in some years everyone was very friendly the location was very clean and nice and the sandwiches were definitely made with care and were delicious! Thank you for the wonderful lunch!

Says it’s open at 8 but came at 9 to pick up order and it’s still closed. Order was placed over 45 minutes ago and the door is still locked. Avoid this location when possible.

Visited Subway for their $6.99 footlong promotion, but the online promo code didn't work despite confirming it was a participating location.

When I explained the issue, the staff, including the manager, showed no willingness to help or offer a solution. I understand the difference between online and in-store promotions, but as a manager, you should be aware of all ongoing promotions at your location and assist customers accordingly.

Disappointed by the lack of effort in resolving the issue despite enjoying the food and atmosphere.

Had food delivered. Store called us because they were out of pretty much everything. We went over order and confirmed any changes. We received an order that was equivalent to something that was put in a box and shook then placed on wrong bread. Nothing was correct topping wise. Zero percent was correct on that part. Didn't proceed to address this further due to the fact it had already taken forever before the call. We were into a basement project that's why ordering, next time hitting up publix and making our own. Sorry, Subway. It was a disappointment.

I came in just a little while ago, ordered an onion chicken teriyaki sub and the gentleman who helped put together my meal was insanely polite and very friendly. I forgot to catch his name but he has a very rare soul who really needs to put on a platform for his outstanding customer service. I'm sure yall have other great employees but I want him every time I come to visit. Definitely WOWed me. Please give this guy a raise already, he deserves it because he is a great face to have around!

i havent been here in years bc they only accept coupons on certain subs but i decided to take my son yesterday. the lady working was so nice that we had a great experience there. a lot different from the past. must be new management. great worker

I went on July 8th at 08:00pm, I just ask a Tuna Sandwich and realized were I was too late.The place was very dirty, trash cans all around, I couldn’t see what they have in the counter. This is the dirtiest and most disgusting place where I have eaten. If you are going to pick things up, you better close the place before treating a customer so poorly.Not recommended at all, it is very awful

The Skin

I have been to this location 4 times in 6 years.I've walked out everytime but one.No greetings except the one time.NOTICE: THERE ARE NO PICTURES OF THEIR FOOD TAKEN BY THEIR CUSTOMERS, ONLY CORPORATE PHOTOS.I WONDER WHY??!!This location does not accept coupons or at least they didn't.Subways new directive in December 2023 is that all locations accept coupons.I get them in the mail and surprised the two young men working there the one time that I did order there by showing them how the coupon scanner located by the register worked.YES INDEEDY DO, I GOT MY COUPON HONORED.

Cranky, unwelcoming staff. Watching one woman make a sub was worse then watching paint dry. They took the fast out of fast food. Took me almost 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches with only a monther and daughter in front of me. Stay away if in a rush.
