“DOES NOT PARTICIPATE”: ***Use coupon to order ONLINE on app vs taking coupon to store.

I got to this walmart subway with the coupon attached. I was told they are not a participating subway location. Dang…ok…So I went ahead and paid full price for a 12” SubClub at $12.71. But for my own curiosity/research I then went online and ordered the exact same sandwich online and put the coupon in my hand into the PROMO box. Hit PAY. While I sat there and ate, I watched them make the exact same sandwich with the exact same coupon for $6.99. I used the same coupon they said they are “not a participating store” for.

When I inquired about the discrepancy the employees told me it was an owner option to not participate to coupons. Would have liked if they recommended that I go online to order with my coupon but whatever. Otherwise they were very polite and made a good sammy.

Fun fact: Looking at Subway’s fine print, owners are NOT ALLOWED to opt out of “online coupons”. Even though this coupon was in my hand, it has a code on it that I entered. The ladies never said anything about my “online” deal that I got on my sandwich. I asked and they just kind of shrugged their shoulders and gave a “It is what it is” sort of spin on it.

My sandwich was good and now my crew at work is getting a free sammy from me and my subway experiment. 🤘🤩👍

Very rude and impatient staff. The old women was not only unfriendly to me, but also treated my child poorly. Extremely disappointing service.never come again this store.so terrible!!!

SHOULD BE NEGATIVE STARS!! My family wanted to stop by after church one Sunday morning after picking up a few items from Walmart. The older Hispanic women was so rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. We order three dippers for our sons and wanted to add extra cheese. We were told no and denied extra cheese. Then I tried to order the new footlong Nachos which were barely had any chips in the container. I ask for onions and bell peppers which are shown on the picture but was again told no and denied the items. At this point we canceled the ordered and left with no food. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. This is a family oriented, Walmart and community and to be treated with such disrespect and disregard to myself, and my family is not an expected experience for the Sbway establishment.

Asked for sandwich to be made and the lady went and touched the register screen and equipment then came back and made my sandwich without changing gloves. Next woman I saw to come help her came and took her gloves off to touch the same screen with bare hands so that tells me the screen is nasty and should not be touched while making food. I’m not eating this sandwich

The store was in a Walmart! There was nobody at the counter. I kept waiting and calling out. Finally two kids from the back came out. Not the world class service I would expect.

The ladies working behind the counter are often rude, without manners and their english is really poor, I tried to use a coupon and this old looking lady just told me no and walked away very rudely, overall a poor experience here at different occasions

This was 7/29/2024 - There were 4 of them behind the counter for some reason chatting away. Partly in Spanish softly which I find extremely rude! Then it took time to get the one girl who finally offered to help me to even understand "How" I wanted my sandwich made, she seemed either lost, not understanding or bored & didn't care! The worst was after I left. When I got back to my spot & opened my sandwich to eat - I was horrtified to find my bread was burnt & the inside meat/veggie stuff tasted quite odd & actually did not look fresh. I gave up wanting to eat it & tossed it into the woods for some hungry critters!! What a waste of "my money" & my dinner! Was so discusted with all that waste & drama - I never did eat that night!!

Worst subway ever. Literally put in an online order, and 2 of 3 were wrong. Watched my order sit on a counter for 8 minutes while the two ladies literally had a conversation. I had to walk up and ask for my food, as it was not being put on the rack.
