They didn't have tea or soup, which was strange to me. The food was good, and prices were fair for the portions. Overall, it was OK , very friendly woman working the counter, very clean.

Parking: We were delivering school buses, so we had to park across the street and walk a little ways. Very small parking lot shared with a few others in the little strip area.

I placed a to-go order today and when I got home I noticed that the rice was not fresh. The rice taste and look at least a fay old. (See pictures)

Also, this location do not clean their drink machine. It has mold/mildew in the drainer. I infromed the young man that work at the location and when he came over to view it he had shocking look on his face.

Most disappointing was when I called the ower of this location for a credit he told me that I had to bring the food back. I stated to him that I could not come back today and he stated "you have to keep the food until you return" I stated to him that it's not fair to me to keep food in my refrigerator that need to be discarded. He stated that he will not issue a credit without the food, despite me being a repeat customer. But never again.

Get wings here once a week. Wings are great but oh my the service isn’t there. Don’t understand why I have to wait in line for 10 min just to pick up my order that is sitting on the counter. Would be a five star if they fix their mobile order situation

I absolutely LOVE sumo!!! I always get the chicken hibachi with fried rice but I’ve also gotten the chicken Philly and fried beef dumplings and the French fries! Everything I’ve tried has been above my expectations! You also get a really good amount for your buck! Staff is very friendly and informative! Definitely should give it a try!

Less than average taste. Place is clean and service is good but you must do something about the food. Fried rice is simply rice with soy sauce. Come on. A bit of effort with be nice. Hibachi chicken is…. Well the chicken is cooked. And that’s about it. No taste.

Disappointed. Ive been purchasing my lunch from this establishment for over a year, food is great... with that said, yesterday I went to the store as i always do everyday... I spend on average $200-350 a month at this place and yesterday when received my food i was shocked to see they reduced the portion size of their food by more than 50%. Egg rolls are now super tiny, and my regular rice bowl size has changed, and the price is the same, less food, same price=less value. I am sorry, my money is going elsewhere.

Owner was extremely rude after I kindly requested my wings be lightly fried. When the front relayed message to him he came out and started shouting and screaming at me. It seemed as if he was irritated because I’m black because he just had an attitude and I was barely speaking. Really racist vibes. Told me to go get my own chef and eat at home. The front desk had to apologize to me. I was flabbergasted at his behavior. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was. That says it all. You guys he could have simply said no. ?Food is subpar. On several occasions my wings have been over fried and the rice is greasy all the time. The owner really needs some customer service training.
