OMG y’all have to make this your go-to restaurant. The restaurant was welcoming, clean, and the team members are friendly! It was our first time and I’m so glad that I searched “soul food, Buford, GA” in Google Maps. I had the fried fish, Mac and cheese, and turnip greens with cornbread. My husband had the ribs, coleslaw, BBQ beans, and Mac and cheese. Our son had the brisket sandwich and fries. It was so tasty and delicious. We all left with leftovers and with smiles. Thank you, Suthern Cluck!!!

Service was spot on. We came around brunch time and was even given a sample of the turnip greens. Food was beyond amazing. I got chicken and waffles with bone in chicken, eggs, cheese grits. We even had to stay and order a plate for lunch to go. Will definitely be back.

The fellas and myself came to try out the chicken and waffles here and I loved my meal. The mac and cheese was great and I’m taking home some cobbler. Can’t wait to come back!

I would give 10 stars if I could because everything here is 10/10! The staff is SO friendly and always happy to answer any questions about the menu or give samples! Elizabeth is the best! The food is always fresh (I believe everything is made to order) however, I never have to wait too long. I’m a GA native and can confirm the food is the real deal. This place is a gem! Highly recommend!

I ordered through DoorDash, over $100 worth of food and the doordasher reported they only had enough green beans for one order. I know things happen so I approved a substitution for a different side. About 10 minutes later, the door dasher informed me that they were also out of Mac & cheese which is a premium side. So at this point, I ask what can they offer me for the inconvenience & they offered $2 & I replaced my side. I asked them could they give atleast give me a lemonade for the inconvenience and they said no. Terrible customer service. I paid for sides that I wanted, had to change them to sides I didn't want & you guys don't have the common courtesy/decency to give your customer a cup of lemonade? That is ridiculous in my opinion. I won't deny the food is great. But I won't be doing business with them.

I visited a time before so I wanted to come again, but this time the food wasn’t as good. I ordered the Rib plate and Chicken & Waffles the chicken was huge .. and I’m not a big fan of huge wings. Wings should look natural. The ribs were fatty and not a lot of meat on the bones just a lot of fat. This time I felt like I wasted my money. A little slow on all the order due to being short staffed. I was ok with that if the food would have been worth the wait. This time it was not. Giving a 2 star because it was better my previous visit. But I probably won’t go back again.

My fiend and I saw this come up as a suggestion and tried it. Food was so good. We got the Fried Fish, Chicken and Waffles, Mac and cheese and their Pecan Cheesecake!!! It was all so delicious! We will come back again for more.
