this place is the worst!! I went in and the lady at the register was unwelcoming and didn’t even welcome us. This place only had 3 available flavors! and the machines smelled REALLY bad! The icecream was terrible and over priced. Do NOT come here. It is also FILTHY
The place is so dirty! Instead of cleaning, the employee is eating ice cream & on her phone. Very few yogurt and topping choices.
Overpriced and low quality. $26 for 2 cups with little toppings and my husband couldn't eat his for freezer burn taste. Would have been better throwing $30 out the car window otw home.
This location needs a major overhaul or be closed. I am unsure how they pass their health inspection and someone should really take a look. It smells really weird right when you walk in. The frozen yogurts in the back were half broken and unavailable and of the ones that were available, half of them were melted- straight milk coming out. I had to replace my cup 2 times before I found one that was actually edible. Toppings were limited, scarce and stale, must have been sitting in there a while. Price was ridiculous for what they were serving. Needles to say, I tried a bite and threw it out- waste of money.
The frozen yogurt was so terrible we couldn't eat it. Even my five year old wouldn't touch it with all the candy he loaded on top. My family all took one bite and we were done. When I nicely told them it tasted pretty bad, and asked about a refund, they told me I could switch it out for a different flavor. I brought to their attention the fact that the only reason all three of us got that flavor was because almost every other flavor was broken or sold out. When I asked how I was supposed to switch it out for another flavor I just got an ehhh...?♂️ type of answer. We ended up leaving without even being able to take them up on their lackluster offer. I won't be paying $20 for three spoonsful of ice cream again and I suggest other people don't either. As of writing this, they have an astonishing 0.0/5 rating on Facebook. That almost defies statistical possibilities, but I guess it's understandable when you try it.
Most of the frozen yogurt was completely liquid and splattered on you when it came out. The semi-solid frozen yogurt was unintentionally sour, as if it was well past the expiration date. Most of the toppings were empty or looked like they had been sitting out too long. We paid $20 for two small bowls and threw them both away after the first bite. The machine levers have visible bacterial growth on them and the bathrooms have not been cleaned in quite a while. The girl working the register was lovely, and the poor management is not a reflection of the young employees.
Looks like this place is getting ready to go out of business. More than half the flavors marked sold out, no small cups, no spoons, store in grungy condition.
Most machines say sold out, cashier sitting on her cell phone, machines dirty floor sticky, toppings were a slim selection.
We have tried visiting this place 2 times now prior to closing time and no one was there. Why post that you are open till 9pm and not be there on a Friday evening around 8:15/8:20?
So this is a below average tasting overpriced frozen yogurt ice cream. There are way better options out there. Will definitely not recommend this place.

This place was one of my favorite but I just went with my my family and I couldn’t believe how dirty this place was all over the place nothing compared like before I’m not happy at all since we entrencé to this place the smell was bad like urine .I’m never come back again
Went there around 7:30pm and they had almost no Frozen Yogurt left. No vanilla bean, no tart, no cookies and cream. Just walked out.
Spent $27 on 2 regular sized bowls, this is highway robbery! Not many flavor selections and toppings either, overall not a good place at all. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Place felt a little dirty and things were kind of falling apart. Staff was friendly. Selection on yogurt was limited.
Frozen yogurt was good, great toppings, the staff was super friendly and helpful but no medium cup of frozen yogurt is worth $12.59. Once I picked my jaw off the ground I questioned the price of the frozen yogurt and was told, "Hey it's not cheap running this place.". The product is good but just be careful. I recommend getting the smallest cup you can find and be prepared to fork over $7 bucks. For me, my search continues.
