The drive thru will never get your food right. My son loves Taco Bell, but will only eat tacos with meat and cheese, no lettuce. I always order 12 pack with no lettuce. They always add lettuce and my son will pick out the lettuce on a couple of tacos. Then get tired of it and won't eat the rest. It's a simple request, if they can do simple, they can't do anything else right!

Horrible wait time. Slow staff. Door dashing from this location is ALWAYS a pain will not be accepting any more orders from this location. After waiting 30 mins for 1 meal after being told drive thru is served first however drive thru was very slow barely any traffic. No attempt to make or even start mobile or delivery orders when they are actually placed. Lobby had over 5 delivery drivers waiting while multiple employees were doing nothing.

Pulled up to the drive thru just trying to grab a quick bite. The girl at the window had red hair in braids and honestly had an attitude from the second she opened the window. I brushed it off because whatever, people have bad days—but I wish I had trusted my gut.
I get my food, drive off and park to eat. I open the container and right there on top of my food is SPIT. Clear as day not even trying to hide it. It was fresh, nasty, and obviously intentional.
Didn’t even bother trying to take it back I was too disgusted. Just threw everything away. No one should ever have to worry about someone spitting in their food, especially when you’re PAYING for it.

I ordered me some food at Taco Bell right? I didn’t wanna go inside this time I went thru the drive thru very very RUDE customer service, not sure who the lady was but she had red hair and it was braided absolutely rude for no reason, had attitude with me for no reason. Then when I opened my chalupas I found a red piece of hair..that’s absolutely disgusting never coming again awful customer service and hair in my food!! I don’t recommend going to this Taco Bell.

Went to this place super late, Brandy was super awesome. made us smile, did good job with food. And she deserves a raise so much. I doubt she is getting paid what she deserve for working at a fast food restaurant. someone needs to promote her rn or some new business will come in and swoop her up.

WARNING: THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. So I went here today and used my cash app card that I haven’t used in months and is always safely with me in my wallet. Nobody has access to it. Tell me why today for the first time in months when I hand my card over to the employee he takes it and closes the window and takes a suspiciously long time to give it back to me. Then TWO hours later I get a notification that someone tried to charge my cash app card on Amazon. Dude definitely took down my card info. Don’t come here I have to order a new card now. Like I said I haven’t used my card for anything else in months. Never had a suspicious charge until two hours after I handed it over to the taco bell employee. Be warned. Luckily my card was locked or he would’ve stolen money from me that I work for. Edit: Also 6 months ago someone seems to have left a similar review that they got a fraudulent charge after handing their card over too. And they had to get a new one. If you hand them your card make sure you check you bank closely.

Having one fraudulent transaction occur at this Taco Bell is one thing but MULTIPLE?!! Someone please shut this store down, the food is never up to par and it seems as though their employees like to copy card information. Just be careful and do not shop at this location
