The use of AI taking drive thru orders is not beneficial whatsoever! The system is not capable of accurately taking an order, and a real person always has to intervene and take my order after wasting several minutes with the automated system adding random things to my order. It creates a large line at the drive thru, and it also increases the chance for anyone’s order to be wrong exponentially! There are some things that computers can’t do and this is one of them. Other than that, the food is average at best, and never consistent. The increase in price for the low quality of food Taco Bell serves is not justifiable at all.

I ordered through the app so I wouldn’t have to wait very long but when we got to the Taco Bell we ending up waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins (give or take) mind you there was only one other person there. Once we got our order, we were missing 3 items and more items messed up (ie. cheese on stuff we requested without due to dietary restrictions etc) so after going inside the building and requesting the correct items they had us wait for a laughable amount of time while messing up the order about three more times. After the third time we decided we waisted so much of our time already we just excepted defeat and we went home without one of our items. Finally, to top off all of this of, the food we did receive was cold, hard, dry and off smelling as if spoiled. I did contact their customer service page so I will update if I hear anything back.
Cannot emphasize enough how much the AI system is both inefficient, difficult to communicate with, unable to process certain requests (saying no chipotle sauce in a quesadilla is too difficult for it) or pull up mobile order names, which is my primary way of ordering. I'm begging Taco Bell to not bring in this system ever or at least until you can't differentiate from a regular person. Food was good otherwise

Absolutely terrible location. I don't know who the manager is, but I don't think they need to be in food management. Every time I order food from here there is some health concern. Seasoned beef tastes spoiled at times (especially after 8pm), and then nacho cheese is being served cold, meaning it must have sat at room temperature for a dangerous amount of time. The food isn't properly portioned or prepared. Really get it together or just shut down. I don't have a problem with any other location in the Buford/Dacula area. Don't go here if you have food allergens.. they'll probably kill you & not even understand how they did it.

This is exactly why Taco Bell is getting sued. Because why did I pay an additional dollar for extra meat to STILL not have a halfway decent amount. This location sucks
Updated: they still suck. Went back today and the same thing happened. The lady in the drive through tried to say that they can only do two scoops when I ask for extra meat but regardless I find it hard to believe that this even IS two scoops. Instead of remaking they asked me if I wanted meat in a cup. Ridiculous. Pictures also added.

Went to this location last night after work. I had placed a mobile order for 5:15 pickup time, but didn’t get my food until about 5:40. Claimed there were a bunch of orders backing them up, and while I’d like to believe that, there weren’t many people there. Last few times I’ve been there have been really really slow if I’m honest. I really hope they get it together over there because this is my favorite Taco Bell. I’ve never had issues here in the past so I’m not sure what’s going on.
The food is still good, and was fresh, so I appreciate that, but check your bag if you come here. My order was pretty much correct, but they left out a couple of sauces, which normally wouldn’t bother me, except the ones that were forgotten were limited time sauces that were paid for. I’m not mad, I’m just really disappointed in the service lately. I could understand maybe 10 minutes, but Taco Bell shouldn’t take half an hour to get. I could have gone up to Cabo’s, ordered a take out order in person, and gotten my food in the same amount of time or faster.

I have never given Taco Bell a 5 star, but this location is definitely doing their best. The score is 100, and the employees here are respectful, kind, and helpful. I was impressed ?
