Mexican pizza I give a zero because whatever oil they fried the tortilla in tasted toxic, even like petroleum, I could only take one bite. I was scared to eat the rest. The cantina chicken burrito was tasteful with fresh ingredients, except cantina food has more cilantro. This would be better if they added more spice and cilantro. The chips and guacamole was ok and the chips did not have that toxic oil taste.

After having a terrible experience at a different location where I had to go on the app and cancel my order, I came to this location. The difference was like night and day. The service was great. Confirming my order at the menu was quick and easy with the automated system. The guy working the window was very sweet and personable.

I can't comment on the food because we never got our order. Between sitting at the speaker and sitting at the window, we were there for 30 minutes. We waited 10 min to start our order while they help the TWO cars in front of us, then the drive thru worker took half of our order, said to hold on, and then 10 min later and countless times of us saying hello, she said she forgot she was taking our order. We proceed to the window and she stands there with her back to us for another 10 mins and we finally just left.

I ordered six soft steak tacos , and I could hear the staff in the kitchen talking about running out of steak. When I got home and opened the tacos, each one had only a couple tiny pieces of meat inside.
This was really disappointing and unacceptable, especially since I paid full price for steak tacos. Please check your food quality and portion control.

Picking up DoorDash order through drive-through since front doors were locked. Sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes before anyone even said anything while there was another person in line. Then I was greeted with hello as if I was annoying them and then asked, did you wanna order?… Yeah, customer service is dead as we know it🙃 then sat in the drive-through for another 10 minutes behind a single car.

The black lady taking our order was extremely confrontational. The white boy had to take over and I must say that kid is doing all the work corrected her work. Got our food from the black lady and she just shoved the bag in my hand. No Thank you have a nice evening. That white boy was extremely apologetic and explained they were in training still no excuse for the black lady to act that way. Hire more people like that white boy
They said you couldn’t pick what you wanted in the “build your own lux craving box”. Train them that when someone orders food they’d also like to receive it as me and my husband are missing half our order.
If you are gonna charge $6 for a single burrito put it into the bag. Easy as that.

The wait at this tacobell is absolutely abysmal. It took over 30 minutes to get my food last time. I now go out of my way to go to a different location. I was driving by today and decided to give it another chance. Were 20 minutes and counting as I write this. I wont be coming back
