I guess this is supposed to be a taco? This location does this stuff on a regulars basis, so much so I’ve finally decided to leave a review. Will not be going back.

Need to close location our community deserves better than this. Inside dinning is horribly dirty and unsanitary, I wish I was able to provide photos to substantiate comments and view point

Customer service is nonexistent and employees creates a hostile environment, management is no better (unapproachable and lack customer service skills, sarcastic and don't have the concept regarding leadership through example

I also cringe coming to this location knowing that there will always be some kind of conflict - there should be no reason no matter the time of day a simple order takes 15 to 20 minutes to prepare and serve

For every action there is always a reaction - staff should not and invoke a combative environment - 1 day, there will be a customer that will not accept to unprofessionalism and will react in the negative. This situation could be avoided. I hope someone in regional management reads this message and Do an unscheduled visit to the location to see and experience what customers are experienced on a daily basis.

Literally the worst customer service I have experienced in fast food every time I come here after midnight there is some excuse as to why they can’t service me. Usually they are only accepting DoorDash orders. This time I said ok I’ll order there then and pulled in front to place a DoorDash order . I started my order and was shocked or not so much to find that the store had closed on DoorDash. This is highly unprofessional to not service customers during your hours of operation and I will be contacting your regional manager .

i’m not usually one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but i’ve had so many negative experiences with this taco bell i just need to talk about it.

i modify my tacos, get them a specific way. i always order on the app because i can trust that the employees will be receiving my correct customizations. the last 3-5 times my husband has gone to pick up our food he had to drive back because they get it wrong. last time he drove back the tacos i received the second time tasted as if they’d been dipped in the cleaning solution. this time he went and clarified to the workers exactly how i wanted them and they still got them wrong.

we try to be gracious benefit-of-the-doubt people and it takes a lot to get us to this point, but we will not be returning, and you shouldn’t either. it’s far worth it to travel a few miles farther to a taco bell who actually listens and gives you the food you actually ordered than to deal with this.

Very unpleasant. The young man with the beard and the grey hoodie seemed less interested in doing his job and more concerned with walking between the parking lot and talking to a much older lady. To this older lady he was loudly complaining about his job and hours to such a degree that other people where turning around and making faces.
When we had finally gotten our food after waiting way longer than it should ever take for fast food the lobby had filled up almost out the door. My family took about 20 minutes to eat and the family who came in after us only got their order after we where walking out the door.
I will not be back.

I paid for extra cheese and black beans on an order of nachos, I did not get what I paid for, I had maybe two black beans and had to ask staff to put extra cheese on the nachos. Our bag was thrown down on the counter and a taco opened almost hit the countertop. Very disappointed in this restaurant.

This is the absolute worst taco bell ever. I have no idea how this one even stays open. Never get the order right, you have to wait forever for your food. I ordered chicken strips and they didn't put it in my bag, when I went to ask about it they said they were out so they just gave me a burrito instead. This location is awful, who is the owner of this store???

Waited 30 minutes for my food, only to hear that they haven't even started on it. Wasted my lunch break on this place. The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Incompetence is strong in this store.

Go to any other Taco Bell. Save your time and money.

3rd time here. Ordered a burrito and a flatbread again. No one else in drive thru. Been waiting 15 minutes so far. From my last 2 experiences. I'll be lucky to be out of here in another 15 minutes
