While waiting on my food someone drop something in the floor and the person making food reach down and got it off the floor with her gloves on and kept make food never changed her gloves and I believe she was the manager that was very uncalled for I will never go back there again my visit was today about 4:20 pm

1. Orders take way too long to make. 2. You guys out hardly any meat on dishes. Especially stuff like the nachos and Mexican pizza. Come on. Do better.

Our order was wrong but we didn't mind we like everything from Taco Bell so we just figured we would keep it, but the food we did receive wasn't that tasty as so many times before.
My husband went through the drive thru Jan 17, 2025 around 6:30 -6:45pm , placed or order for $30.99 total. Got home only to find that everything was completely wrong!! Traffic this time of day from our home to the Taco Bell is crazy, we called the store and the lady had the nerve to tell him to bring all the food that was wrong back up there tomorrow and they would fix it that she didn't want to get management involved!! Hello, now we have to get food from somewhere else tonight because I'll not spend another dime with this location!!! He ordered 2 chicken mexi-melts, 2 chicken Dipper boxes with soft tacos but leave the Doritos tacos regular. They gave him 2 Mexican pizzas, all hard shell tacos( no Dorito tacos at all) , 2 chicken mexi-melts. They are rude, don't listen when you tell them you'll be paying in split payment $20.00 cash the rest on card, and he put it all on the card and said he couldn't do a split payment. All in All I give them a negative 10 on stars and service if I could on this review!! Corporate will get a call on Monday during regular business hours. So, now time to find dinner somewhere else. Lazy and rude workers!!

the past 2 times we went the drive through service was HORRIBLE just rude like im not expecting some chic-fil-a type service but at least some type of professionalism is expected! im not even one to complain but dang! please lord

A two star is generous. The food is cold and the lettuce is old. I specifically asked for no pico and my order is still riddled with it. They also claim to not have a drink anymore which is fine but last time they just gave us a drink that was completely incorrect and ignored my husband. They didn’t even attempt to ask if we wanted something different. This location is terrible.
