Opens at 9am. Went there at 10:10 am on August 9th and the doors were locked. One guy was behind the counter looking at his phone. Ignored me when I knocked on the door. Too busy on his phone to be bothered I guess.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in Hall County. We have tried eating in the dining room several times and with no sign on the door it was locked both times!! I DON’T DO DRIVE THROUGH’S, They need to close this and build something that is worth being on this property. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

We tried to order and where pushed off and made to wait 10 minutes with nobody in the drive trough cut off while trying to order and the man on the speaker groaned and sighed after we told him the item to our order and rudely took our order to cut us off again after and see peeing though it. Horrible experience please spare yourself the bad day and go to a different location.

Had several items missing and the order I received was completely wrong.
While waiting on my food someone drop something in the floor and the person making food reach down and got it off the floor with her gloves on and kept make food never changed her gloves and I believe she was the manager that was very uncalled for I will never go back there again my visit was today about 4:20 pm

1. Orders take way too long to make. 2. You guys out hardly any meat on dishes. Especially stuff like the nachos and Mexican pizza. Come on. Do better.
