I can’t rate the food because I couldn’t get my order. I ordered an hour before closing. Upon arrival at the menu, (2 minutes after submitting the order) the automated system said that they were closed. Pulled up to the window to be told they can’t make my order. I was then advised that I need to go through the app and cancel the order because they can’t cancel it on their side (which I highly doubt is true, it would just look bad on them). Terrible service and terrible experience. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worst service went late last night and a very disrespectful man told us they only had tacos and burritos because he was too lazy to make our order would not recommend going there unless you want to leave mad because of lazy young men who weren’t raised right.

For the last 3-4 years, literally every time we've visited this location, something in our order is incorrect. One time, they asked me to wait in a parking spot for my drive thru order, and then forgot about me. I went into the store like 20 minutes later and they finally got my order. Today, I ordered a black bean crunch wrap and received a beef crunch wrap. There are even times where we've been turned away because they claim they are understaffed. Easily the worst Taco bell location I've ever known.

Watched like 5 cars leave the drive thru line in the 20-minute wait. Weak excuse for how long it took too. Could’ve saved time going to the other Hamilton Mill Taco Bell. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes within the year.
