Went for dinner and we put out name on the wait list on the website. When getting to the restaurant we were told there were 7 parties ahead of us. Most restaurant waitlists will say how many parties are ahead of you and show the time until seated so you can make a decision to go there. We waited for over an hour and finally got seated and the table was broken. After talking to the manager she didn’t want to do anything about and said “it is what it is”.
