The customer service is bad if you get serviced by the older Asian dude . When ordering on their tablet and you forgot to write down extra topping he will complain to you saying you’re supposed to type it down on there. By the way he also puts in less toppings.

The quality-price ratio of the food is exceptional, each of the ingredients was at its exact cooking point, including the ramen which requires the exact cooking temperature to have that perfect texture (well-cooked but firm). The staff is very friendly and they try to help you at all times. The decoration is very nice and the place is very clean and tidy. I totally recommend it.

Parking: The restaurant is located in a mall, and has a large open parking lot
Kid-friendliness: They have a nice decoration and many figures of anime characters and the foods have the option without spicy

Amazing food. Phenomenal service. I've ordered delivery a few times and the food has always been so good. I came in for the first time yesterday afternoon and the guy that helped me was great. Definitely coming back!

Really disappointed in the food quality. It just didn’t taste good and I was surprised with the 4.7 rating. Flavor was subpar and the chicken is not real chicken, I believe is processed. I gave him a three instead of a two because my wife said she liked the rice. so there you go. The honest review..
